Eagle ET-AR302-BK 6 Watts RMS 2.0 Black Soundstage Speakers

Pros: These are pretty good little speakers. I bought them for my husband after his current set started making an irritating buzzing. They have manual sound adjustment, a headphone jack and they have decent desktop sound. Best of all, we've had them 2 1/2 years and no annoying buzz.

Cons: None yet.

Pros: Small, powerful speakers. Strong Bass, good mid and highs.

Other Thoughts: You want a cheap set of speakers that look great and fill a room? Pick these up. Sound is wonderful and using headphones in them make the headphones feel stronger than plugin into my front ports.

Pros: -Looks nice
-Not USB powered. (Could be Pro or Con)
-Nice Sound

Cons: -Makes a low buzzing noise when plugged in to the wall.

Other Thoughts: When plugged into the wall, it makes a low frequency buzzing noise. Kind of annoying so I have to turn it off when I turn my computer off. When my computer is on, I don't notice it and or I'm using my headphones. So it's only noticeable when the computer is off. Also the inside of the speaker (the white part) is very flimsy. I'm afraid if I put too much pressure on it, I will make a hole in it, because it's sort of a thin styrofoam material that isn't robust at all.

Pros: They look nice.

Cons: 1. All cables are way too short to be practical, unless you work in a confined space on a tiny desk.
2. They sound terrible. I plugged them into my audio line and they buzz and crackle badly from low to high.

Other Thoughts: These speakers may trick you. Don't look at the price and think "hey, they're more than $15 (I got mine for $23 at a local store) so they must be better than the super cheap ones!" They aren't. My $10 AL speakers from 2006 still out perform these things on almost all levels except body (which is too distorted to enjoy with these things).

Pros: Nice design, compact, big controls, no external power supply

Cons: Very noisy. Even when the power is off, they emit a low-frequency hum that's very bothersome. The hum is there when the power is on, thus adding noise to the music. The sound is crisp, but definitely NOT clean.

Other Thoughts: I really love that there's no external power supply, but looks like the internal one is coupling w/ the speakers or the power conversion is not clean enough, turning this cute pair of desk speakers into mere paperweights.

Pros: When I repair and or reload windows I can always have speakers to check for sound card configuration.

Cons: too expensive to be considered speakers. My tv speakers are better. Not worth if needed for music listening.

Other Thoughts: I buy everything from newegg, but should have gone somewhere else for speakers.

-This is my second time buying eagle tech hardware and I really like this company. I also own there loudspeaker system the ET AR508LR and am very pleased.
-If you are fed up with logitech's overpriced halfway decent selection... try EAGLE TECH they are priced just right.

Other Thoughts: -ADD a BASS/SUBWOOFER unit if you plan on listening to music or games that give off lots of bass. The speakers are awesome for mids and highs (because that's what satellite speakers are for) adding a bass/subwoofer would make this a fantastic system

Since I knew there would be little bass I did not take an egg off for it.
The speakers themselves are great.

Pros: These speakers produce unexpectedly clear and crisp sound for their price. Of course, their size does not allow them to produce even bearable bass, but mids and highs are just perfect. I have to yet find another model that would give sound as good as these give.

Cons: Detailing / surface quality could be better. A freshly opened speakers show some scratches on glossy surface. I would rather remove glossy panels altogether.

Other Thoughts: Add a subwoofer and you will have a very potent PC sound system.

Pros: For the price these are nice speakers. Not as tinny sounding I thought they might be. Very good for a childs computer or even as back ups.

Other Thoughts: Didnt give a sixth egg, just because when you buy cheap expect cheap. But then I knew by the price what I would be getting and was not disappointed.

Pros: These speakers are awesome! I just got them a couple of days, and least to say I love them. The sound quality is excellent it's crisp, and clear. A lot of people said the blue led is really bright which it is, but it does not bother me. The speakers are a good size, and look great up against my 20" Samsung Monitor. I highly recommend these!
