2 out of 5 eggs

Pros: It worked very well while it lasted. Very cool running card.

Cons: After sale support is very bad with HIS. I can't log on my account to file a RMA and it's very difficult to know how to contact them. Their log in system is broken and there is no way to contact them otherwise.

The fan broke on the graphics card a year after I bought it. It comes with a warranty of 2 years but it seems impossible to contact them for a RMA. I'm very close to contact a consumer office bureau and file an official complaint against them.

5 out of 5 eggs Games are good

Pros: Got it back in May 2012 and still kickin. Handed down when I got my new upgrade.

Cons: none

Bottom Line: should have waited for the price drop when it was newer.

5 out of 5 eggs HIS Does it Again

Pros: Great temps thanks to HIS' always impressive coolers.
One of the best GPUs for performance per price and wattage.
Packaged very nicely with cut-to-shape foam.
Fairly quiet most of the time.

Cons: None.

Bottom Line: This is the third HIS GPU that I've ever owned, personally. I've put some in clients' computers, though. All three of the ones I've owned, none have ever had any issues. They've all worked flawlessly and they all stay amazingly cool, then when overclocked.

My previous two HIS GPUs were given away whenever I upgraded them. The first lasted at least five years and the second lasted at least 3 years. To my knowledge, they're both still working to this day, though probably have been replaced for an upgrade by now.

HIS makes some of the best coolers I've seen in GPUs. Under a 15 minute stress test with FurMark, this card gave me a max temp of only 63 degrees. And that's with the fan never going over 33%, also!

I haven't yet done so with this card, but both of my previous HIS cards overclocked very well and at very good temperatures. One of them gave me a 23% overclock with stock volts. Pretty decent. HIS also uses solid state capacitors, so they're nice and durable.

All in all, if you're looking for the best bang for your buck or wattage, you can't go wrong with this card!

5 out of 5 eggs Good value for $$

Pros: Incredible little beast and i was able to (not on this website) pick it up for a 100 bucks. i am running battlefield 4 on high no issues and am finally able to enjoy playing Planetside 2 on my Pc now. If your wondering will this card perform on another game essentially as it currently stands if it can run bf4 it can just about run everything (provided you have a decent processor id say amd fx series or higher or a intel i5 or higher).

Cons: the card measures in at about 7 inches by 2.5-3 inches so if you have a small case or dont have a 6 pin power connector then you most likely wont be able to use it. It also takes up two slots on the motherboard because its a bigger card but it only actually plugs into the Pcie-x16 slot and the 6 pin power connector.

Bottom Line: Its a great bargain. If you know you can use this card then as it stands now id say its one of the if not the best performance for money card on the market as of posting this review 2/11/14.
The requirements to use this card are as follows:
1. one pcieX16 slot to plug the card into.
2. about 7 (8 to be safe) inches of horizontal space in your case.
3. about 3 inches the other way of space in your case .
4. One 6 pin power connector (mine came with a 4 pin converter)
5. minimum of a 450 watt power supply (could probably get away with 400 but 450 to be safe)

My computer specs:
fx 6100 6 core processor with 12gb of ddr3 ram a radeon hd 7770 1gb ddr5 and a 500 watt psu with 1250 gb of hard drive storage

With my specs i run all my games at a average of 60 fps in game in the heat of battle in battlefield 4 or the relaxation of putting a fire out on sims 3.

2 out of 5 eggs great for a year! then died.

Pros: worked just spectacularly for a little under a year. Could run all of my favorite games on top graphics until it's fan stopped working.

Cons: Fan on the bottom stopped working after a while, card over heats and shuts down. useless for gaming now.

5 out of 5 eggs almost silent - runs 24x7 in living room

Pros: gaming/ MCE htpc > 3770s + hd 7700 @ 1280x720 on the 47" tv (couch + xb0x 360 controller)

ALL games at high run perfect. if any studdering or lag I cannot notice it. fan settings managed by CCC; 38c idle/ 78c max temps; very low noise running 24x7 since MAY 2013

Cons: none

Bottom Line: remove hsf and fan dust and keep it running cooler by using spray/ air duster. low temp = low fan noise

1 out of 5 eggs

Pros: None

Cons: Everything

Bottom Line: Bought this on December 31st 2012, Worked great for about 5 months, then started to have Major lag spikes every so often, The Problem only got worse and it started to lag on simple games such as Minecraft, and Battlefield Play4Free. It got so bad that every minute or two you would have a massive lag spike were you would be playing at about 6 Fps. was going to return but had a House fire and it burned up, that probably saved me a bunch of time and shipping cost.

1 out of 5 eggs Didn't Turn on

Pros: None. Didn't work. DOA.

Cons: Granted, I ordered this through a different website (though it was sold by a respectable website, not a third party reseller). It didn't work. I tried to boot up my computer and everything else worked fine but the HIS graphics card didn't even turn on. The fan didn't start, nothing. I did all of the obvious (switching to the other PCI slot, making sure it was plugged into the power source, etc.). When I plugged it into my monitor using an HDMI to HDMI cable I got a message saying "no signal". But that's not a surprise since the card didn't turn on. I'm not even sure if I can get a refund or a new one since I ordered through a different website and didn't get any information about a warranty. (I'm not even sure I want another one though since the first one was DOA. It doesn't reflect well on the company). I was very careful to avoid static and such.

4 out of 5 eggs Good value

Pros: This card performs really well. My game of choice is WoW, and it runs on High settings (mods: shadows set to Low, view distance set to Ultra) and rarely goes below 20 fps.

Cons: After having this card for just over a year, I'm starting to see problems when switching users on my Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit system. Sometimes when it comes out of screensaver mode, it doesn't draw the screen correctly. I have no problems while playing games or doing other stuff on the computer, however. I have a newer card on order to try to troubleshoot this issue. This may be a problem with either the card or the OS, I'm not sure which just yet.

Bottom Line: I had no problems installing and using this card, and it was at the right price, so I still recommend it.
