Please read the following return instructions before placing your order with Action Packaged, Inc.
No exceptions will be made to these return policies. If you do not agree with these policies or you feel you will be unable to comply with these policies if they ultimately apply to you and your order, please do not place your order with Action Packaged, Inc.™
Items can be returned within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date of the package. Initial and return shipping will be paid by the customer and all returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please contact an Action Packaged, Inc. representative at priority1question@actionpackaged.com for a return authorization prior to sending the merchandise back.
All issues, e.g., a customer feels an incorrect item or model was shipped or the condition of item was not as described, must be reported to us within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date of the package. If the issue is not reported within that time-frame, we will be unable to research and try to resolve the issue.
There are no exceptions to the 30-day window from the confirmed delivery date at the shipping address to report issues with your order or to request a return, including, but not limited to, if the item was given as a gift and the recipient did not open or use the item within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date or if the order was forwarded from the shipping address to another address within or outside of the U.S.
Cancellation requests can take up to a full business day to research and process. Your order may still ship according to your original instructions within this time-frame even if a cancellation request is submitted.
RMA instructions
When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

Beware of sellerReviewed on Jul 09, 2022 I would not recommend seller and will certainly avoid any further transactions in future. Seller name should be "Inaction Packaged Inc." instead of "Action Packaged Inc.". Beware of seller, no communication and status for item for over a week and a half after "USPS label created". Charging credit card before shipping seems fishy. Action Packaged Inc. really sat on this egg! Bought the Keurig K 400 it arrived a nd It broke after 3 cups of coffeeReviewed on Jul 03, 2022 It broke after 3 cups of coffee . I had the same model I bought new and it lasted six years. I search the web and found this refurbished one advertised as good as new. After 3 cups of coffee the keypad stopped working with no apparent way to fix it. After speaking with Newegg contacting the supplier Ill ask for UPS pick up at my home as I am disabled in a wheelchair and cannot print out a label. The best they could do is send me a return label and asked me to get someone to do it for me. I dont have anybody they can do it for me . Did you find this review helpful? |
