  • Return for refund within: 30 days
  • Return for replacement within: 30 days
  • Restocking Fee: 15.00%

RMA Policy

1. Refunds given only if item DOA and cannot be replaced via PAYPAL . If so, Please reported within 5 days and return to us within 30 days from the delivery date for exchange or refund.

2. Buyer should check the package once receiving. If the package damage during the freight, please refuse to sign for the package and it will return to us. Then contact us promptly

3. If you need return, please check twice to confirm the item not work and contact our customer service representative, let us know the detailed problem and send us some pictures for confirmation. Then get a unique address for return.

4. We can’t receive the packages if buyer return by yourselves according to the address on shipping package. We won’t solve such case and buyer should responsible for the consequences.

5. It is IMPORTMENT to declare you package as “Product for Return” on the Customs Declaration Form

6. Warranty covers replacement or refund,contact us for warranty details.

7. All NON-seller mistake returns for refund are subject to 15% re-stocking fee and buyer should pay for the return shipping fee. (E.g. you brought wrong model or wrong color or you no longer needed a item).

8. We ONLY accept the return for original package. Please make sure the item have NO man-made sabotage. If you purchased in improper condition, please NOTE that the sipping and handling fee will not be refund, all return shipping fee should paid by the buyer unless item DOA.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

READ T&C's CAREFULLY, they do not offer returns on items. received 1 item from them and remainder of my order was cancelled by NewEgg. I tried contacting them for returns options and haven't heard back at all. I'll buy from "A to Z:" or CD"x" going forward, I'm done with NewEgg and it's partner network with zero confidence in customer support post sale.

Ordered Lenovo adapter only; was charged for that adapter but was sent a different and cheaper adapter plus power cord that's incompatable w/my computer, and I was charged for the higher-priced adapter I ordered. Lesson learned - don't try to save some bucks on these sleezy market places. Will dispute the claim w/credit card company if I don't receive full credit for returning what they sent.

Ordered a replacement laptop battery for my Dell notebook, advertised as a New Genuine OEM. It showed up without any OEM packaging, wrapped in bubble wrap, and haphazardly slapped in an unmarked(battery declaration) shipping box. When opening it upon arrival, a piece of plastic fell out of the bubble wrap which turned out to be one of the screw tabs/hold downs. I contacted their customer support, provided photos with an explanation of what was going on. They replied, "that's how the tab was built. it's not broken. please review the item listing carefully and photos." I disagreed as that was obviously untrue and they ceased contact thereafter. I unfortunately had to get Newegg involved to get a refund. Who by the way did a great job and had an immediate understanding of the issue...A picture is worth a thousand words. So to conclude: Pretty sure this battery was repurposed or ripped out of older hardware and resold as new. Or it was even possibly a counterfeit. I highly doubt it was "New Genuine OEM" as advertised. Their Customer Service was ineffective and laughable when called upon. So in my opinion, I would highly recommend avoiding this seller as I believe them to be untrustworthy solely based on the experiences outlined above.

Was sold a used CPU cooler, box had clearly been opened and was in rough shape and they didn't even bother replacing the empty thermal paste... avoid this seller

4 out of 5 eggs Smart Functions do not work on remote

This remote does not pair with TV. It is the same model, IC, FCC ID of my existing remote for my LG UJ7700 TV. However, the PCB behind the batteries appears to be missing a gold colored component. The under battery cover data nameplate also lacks some logos including LG logo. The "dumb" functions: button entry works fine. But, pointer does not work, voice does not work, and remote will not pair or smart communicate with TV. Old remote pairs and points but the voice no longer works which is why I bought this new remote for my wife. Independent of this remote being defective, please consider this item for NewEgg holiday return policy. It was purchased the week before November 1st when the policy starts and was not opened until today for Christmas.
