  • Return for refund within: 30 days
  • Return for replacement within: 60 days

RMA Policy

Bill's markerplace Return Policies
. All returns must include the following or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost:
. Product purchased from Bill's markerplace
. Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
. All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
. Original UPC/serial number intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
. All return request for refund or replacement can be submitted via Newegg Return Portal with valid return reason selected within thirty (30) calendar days from the invoice date and valid RMA numbers will be provided by Newegg

Additional Return Requirements and Policy:
1. All return or replacement request will be processed within 5 business days after returned item is received by Bill's markerplace
2. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within Three (3) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, Bill's markerplace will refund the amount of sale.
3. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses and restocking fee unless otherwise explicitly states on the product. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
5. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation or customer will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result the return to be rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by Bill's markerplace.
6. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
7. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Bill's markerplace will refund back to your method of payment.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Labels
Returns are subject to restocking fees and return shipping fees. For products that are eligible for return or replacement, the return shipping labels are free for returns or replacement of the same item within the applicable return policy period and return reasons. Bill's markerplace does NOT charge restocking fee and return shipping labels within return policy period for returns of damaged or defective products, wrong product was sent to you, or the product did not match what was shown on website. In the event a returned product which is not defective, not the original product that was sent to you, or the product does match what was shown on the Site after our inspection, the product will be returned to you at your cost and the return shipping cost initially covered by Bill's markerplace will instead be deducted from the refund amount along with any necessary restocking fee that may apply.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

Contacted me prior to shipping to confirm (used) replacement mobo's exact condition prior to shipping. I consented and it was shipped immediately. I would definitely recommend this seller!

The board was advertised as used but good. It was DOA. Obviously not tested and should mpy have been sold. Still waiting for a replacement to arrive from China.

Received a dead motherboard with no cmos battery , then was charged a $14 restocking fee to restock a dead motherboard. Will never use Newegg Marketplace again.

Ordered a SuperMicro SuperO C7Z170-M with the Z170 chipset, instead I received SuperMicro SuperO C7H170-M with H170 chipset. I don't have time to wait another 2 weeks for a replacement, I repaired my computer with it anyway. it's just super irritating since it had to be shipped from China and took 2 weeks to get here.

I ordered a mother board for my computer. After waiting a month with no word on were my new motherboard was, I reached out to the seller. The seller asked me to wait 5 business days for them to locate the motherboard. On the seventh business day, the seller contacted me saying I have signed and received the package (which I have not). I showed the seller were the shipping info showed that my new motherboard has been in a different state for almost a month. The seller asked again for sometime to look into the issue. The seller will not refund my purchase. I am not blaming the seller for loosing my new system board but I am having to fight with them to get my money back. Do not buy from this seller.

As the title states, this board was clearly refurbished as it had sharpie marks and writing on it. It does work so far, and it included all of the extra bits (IO plate, sata cables, manual). My only complaint is that I paid extra for a board listed as new and it definitely isn't new.

The box has hand writing on it and it is crushed. There are parts missing. No user manual or driver CD. Just the motherboard and I/O plate are in the box. This looks like it is used.

This seller delivered three motherboards, the first did not work. He then set two hoping one would work, but both had bent pins in the 2011 socket.

Had some concerns and questions regarding the motherboard but the vendor responded with the information I requested in a timely manner. They assisted with some technical issues and communicated regularly and professionally. Overall a positive experience. Would use again.
