RMA Policy

Black mi store Return Policies
. All returns must include the following or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost:
. Product purchased from Black mi store
. Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
. All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
. Original UPC/serial number intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
. All return request for refund or replacement can be submitted via Newegg Return Portal with valid return reason selected within thirty (30) calendar days from the invoice date and valid RMA numbers will be provided by Newegg

Additional Return Requirements and Policy:
1. All return or replacement request will be processed within 5 business days after returned item is received by Black mi store
2. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within Three (3) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, Black mi store will refund the amount of sale.
3. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses and restocking fee unless otherwise explicitly states on the product. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
5. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation or customer will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result the return to be rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by Black mi store.
6. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
7. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Black mi store will refund back to your method of payment.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Labels
Returns are subject to restocking fees and return shipping fees. For products that are eligible for return or replacement, the return shipping labels are free for returns or replacement of the same item within the applicable return policy period and return reasons. Black mi store does NOT charge restocking fee and return shipping labels within return policy period for returns of damaged or defective products, wrong product was sent to you, or the product did not match what was shown on website. In the event a returned product which is not defective, not the original product that was sent to you, or the product does match what was shown on the Site after our inspection, the product will be returned to you at your cost and the return shipping cost initially covered by Black mi store will instead be deducted from the refund amount along with any necessary restocking fee that may apply.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

The 2 star rating is because the product works, and that is all I really wanted. The aluminum case is actually plastic. The micro SD card was not preloaded, as the description alludes too. Product sat in the ware house with a label for 10 days before being shipped. Seller claimed it was just slow updating the delivery process. Then the product got to the shipper and progress was updated regularly, so they lied. I will not buy from this seller again, because they lied about the product and delivery progress.

I ordered the hydroflask in Lava but what I got was not the right color. Definitely does not look like what is pictured online. It came in a white unlabeled box which was damaged and had a weird a brown stain on it. I have a few hydroflasks and this one looked different, I think it may be a fake. Very disappointed and had ordered it for a Christmas present, costs too much to return.

Been waiting a month for an item allegedly 14-16 days max! Didnt leave origin for 12 days the at a distribution center and usps has been waiting for it for 6 days so far no communication back from seller no assistance, refund nothing! Absolutely shocking shouldnt be allowed to sell items in new egg

I ordered a Blu Ray player from these people, but it never arrived. The carrier services told me it was lost after 10 days of no status update. The seller says it was signed for, but won't show me the signature. In the end, I never received my package. This is the first time I've ever bought something from Newegg, and this will be the last. I highly recommend that everyone avoids them. There is no good reason to ever buy anything from them. It's just stolen money in the end.

SCAM.....Drive locked to Region 6. Says it has 4 changes left when looking at drive. Will not let you change to any other region. Newegg part of the problem. BUYER BEWARE.

The tracking information took forever to load and give me an update of what was happening to it. When I finally got it the packaging was horrible looked like someone who was trying to scam me packed it. No organization completely wrapped in tape and the box is all mashed up. I haven't installed the cables I bought from them, but if any issues occur I'll be looking for a refund immediately.

WHY YOU ARE CHARGING ME A RESTOCKING FEE FOR THIS I DO NOT KNOW. THE UNIT WAS NOT IN THE ORIGINAL ATT PACKAGING AND IT WAS BOGUS, I WOULD LIKE THE REFUND FOR MY RESTOCKING FEE. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO RESTOCK ANYTHING, IT WENT TO THIS CHINESE COMPANY.

Would like a partial refund for the amount of scratches on my NEW fans. These items were poorly shipped and they were possibly used. Packaging was destroyed and someone had opened some of product.
