Standard Return Policy

  • Return for refund within: 30 days
  • Return for replacement within: 60 days
  • Restocking Fee: 10.00%

RMA Policy

All returns must include the following or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost:
. Product purchased from Buy Direct & Save!!!
. Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
. All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
. Original UPC/serial# intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
. Valid RMA number obtained from website or customer service for the correct product and order
Additional Return Requirements and Policy:
1. An RMA number must be requested within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date. Shipping charge is the cost of us sending the product to you and will not be refunded. No restocking fee will be applied on return for DOA/Defective and shipping damaged product. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, Buy Direct & Save!!! will refund the amount of sale.
2. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
3. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses unless otherwise explicitly states on the product. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
4. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation. Customer is responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping.
5. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
6. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Buy Direct & Save!!! will refund back to your method of payment.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

I ordered two expensive projectors, received only one, and have been getting nothing but a runaround from this seller and Newegg. Seller claimed to have proof of delivery for both projectors, but wouldnt forward it. Then called and tried to scam me into dropping Newegg claim. THIS SELLER IS BAD NEWS! I wish I had read the other reviews before placing my order and have been surprised by how lax Newegg has been in standing behind their marketplace. STAY AWAY.

It was time for me to upgrade from my Coolpix B600, so I decided to get the P1000. Newegg had them in stock (other retailers did not). The sale was quick and easy, and the camera arrived a bit faster than was suggested, which was wonderful. No problems at all with my experience with NewEgg, so I recommend them to others.

Bought a lens package that came with a cleaning kit and several filters. The lens arrived but there were no filters. I called and they were very helpful. They quickly agreed to ship the missing items right away using express delivery even though the original package was shipped ground. Received the missing filters very quickly. There was no dispute. They just quickly fixed the problem and also sent along an extra gift. Very good customer service.

4 out of 5 eggs Long shipping delay, sat at "label created" with Fed Ex for days

It was not clear that they would take at least a week to ship when I ordered. Accessories are merely adequate, the tripod is flimsy at best and the backpack isn't great. A great selection of accessories overall, but I wouldn't take this tripod into the field on a bet.

Wrong product, incomplete parts, downgraded parts. Overall, just a horrible experience. Of which they then decided to try and charge a restocking fee. Do NOT waste your time.

This seller (3rd party--Buy Direct and Save) sent several wrong/unuable items for this camera body. Wrong size lenses, wrong mount capability. I have tried for a week now to contact them but either get put on hold forever and no answer and does not return messages left. I cannot get anywhere in getting the wrong items exchanged for the proper ones. I am currently waiting to hear from Newegg in this matter. I was told they could make a claim after I contacted the (3rd party) seller. Which I have been unable to accomplish so far. I hope Newegg stands up to their reputation on this as that is why I went with this particular camera bundle...counting on the name meaning something.

Seller created a shipping label and never shipped anything out. The seller played the system to make it so I HAD to wait through a specified time in order to be eligible to file a claim. In all that time, I could have just gotten the refund and tried to buy from someone who was actually interested in selling. By the time I got my refund, the package was still not shipped out. I'm convinced this person was waiting until more days had passed before shipping. Thus, decreasing the days I had left to be able to return the product.
