RMA Policy

What is our return policy?

clickhere2shop is proud to be able to offer a 30 day return policy for purchases made through clickhere2shop as well as through partner channels. To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned within 30 days of delivery. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. Products returned after 30 days of delivery are eligible for replacement or exchange only.

Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are refunded without
penalty only if the received item was defective, damaged at the time of
receipt, or if the incorrect item(s) has been received. If a product is
returned for any other reason, original shipping costs are not refunded. Orders that are refused, undeliverable, or otherwise unable to reach the customer due to customer error may be charged return shipping in additional to the original shipping charges. clickhere2shop inspects all product returned to its warehouses, and, if the item is found to not be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.

You can expect to receive your refund within 3-4 weeks of shipping your
package back to us. In most cases you'll receive a refund sooner.

How do I return a product?

At that time you'll be issued an RMA (Return
Manufacturer Authorization) number and provided instructions for how to
return your purchase. Please be sure to refer to our return policy to
ensure your product is eligible for return. If you are outside the 30 day
return policy window, your purchase may only be eligible for replacement
or exchange.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

Good product, arrived quickly, was packaged very securely. 80 % ethyl alcohol so lots of active ingredient and contains less fillers. Seems thin, but that is because of the high alcohol content. Doesn't leave your hands all slimy like other sanitizers

Contacted customer service and told me they would get to it, but the item still hasn't been shipped... it's been days after the given date for arrival of the shipment... i was supposed to get it May 15th 2020, I wasn't given an email explaining why it would be late or the reason why it hasn't been shipped... I would love to return the item or cancel the order, but can't due to to the fact of it still being in the warehouse...

Item never received. Called FedEx, no help. Spoke to neighbors, no PKG. I believe delivered to wrong address and maybe it was sent back. I don't know who to reach.
