RMA Policy

cosmos Return Policies
. All returns must include the following or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost:
. Product purchased from cosmos
. Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
. All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
. Original UPC/serial number intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
. All return request for refund or replacement can be submitted via Newegg Return Portal with valid return reason selected within thirty (30) calendar days from the invoice date and valid RMA numbers will be provided by Newegg

Additional Return Requirements and Policy:
1. All return or replacement request will be processed within 5 business days after returned item is received by cosmos
2. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within Three (3) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, cosmos will refund the amount of sale.
3. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses and restocking fee unless otherwise explicitly states on the product. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
5. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation or customer will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result the return to be rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by cosmos.
6. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
7. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. cosmos will refund back to your method of payment.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Labels
Returns are subject to restocking fees and return shipping fees. For products that are eligible for return or replacement, the return shipping labels are free for returns or replacement of the same item within the applicable return policy period and return reasons. cosmos does NOT charge restocking fee and return shipping labels within return policy period for returns of damaged or defective products, wrong product was sent to you, or the product did not match what was shown on website. In the event a returned product which is not defective, not the original product that was sent to you, or the product does match what was shown on the Site after our inspection, the product will be returned to you at your cost and the return shipping cost initially covered by cosmos will instead be deducted from the refund amount along with any necessary restocking fee that may apply.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

Made us wait over 3 weeks to say they just want to refund. Then ask not to give them negative feedback. Then I noticed they first said out of stock after all of this. Then I see a few days later they over doubled the price of the item. Really???????????

4 out of 5 eggs Getting the most out of WIFI.

I bought this adapter to replace my aging netgear adapter. It took only minutes to install and connect to my router. The speed was increased to provider's stated allowable speed. Pages performed better and mail delivery was improved. Over all PC performance was improved. This was a remarkable deal for the money. A great investment for the future as well.

The order was for a 3.5" adapter to fit in a floppy bay opening on the computer case.. I received a 5.25" adapter to fit a CD\DVD drive opening.. It appears that there was simply a typo in the listing.. The seller made this right to my satisfaction with a partial refund.. I have friends and family members that may put it to good use..

Strictly NOT recommended!!! Camera bayed Feb, 26 with lasted delivery at Mar, 26. Tracking stop on Mar, 4 in China and cosmos don't make nothing! Only ask for wait more and close claim save becoose "it is inconvenient for us"!!! Never deal with this company at any marketplace! Thank you NewEgg for faster return my money.

This is a scam. I ordered the product about a month and a half ago. Last week, I asked for an update as the tracking number says the item hasn't left China yet. The seller offered me a refund but I requested to have a replacement item shipped instead. The seller said that if he shipped a replacement, that item would probably get lost as well and then they would not issue a refund. I said fine, give me a refund and then the seller said no, I would have to wait ten days. Complete hassle.

Nope from china don't mean nothing item shipped on the 5th after bought the 27th last month seller had nerve to ask me to wait longer no way in hell i wouldn't recommend at all seller chose to ship on the 5th label claims it was created on the 27th and paid for that same day so they waited on purpose to ship ove a week later then they could have the shipping time has nothing to do with it dude still have received it and they get till Friday to have it then report a complaint I KNOW THEY SAT AROUND COLLECTING MONEY AND CHECKS the could have done better and their generic response to this review is going to be a billion dollar funny dude im gonna laugh so hard!!! i should complain anyways since it means i cant do a return now and i have no interest in waiting 2 weeks for them to get then a whole other week for my money back. rip-off! Had the nerve to claim they delivered it on time haven't even received it!

Cosmos is one of few third party sellers I've bought from on Newegg, and the transaction went smoothly. Without prompting, they did warn me that it might take some time for the item to arrive due to the global pandemic- many sellers are assuming you know this but the seller was thoughtful enough to remind me without prompting. The item arrived as described, and worked out of the box. I would order from Cosmos again without hesitation.
