Returns are accepted 30 days from time of purchase

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

My answer to Delivered on Time is deceiving. It wasn't delivered on time, it was delivered a week early. Best service for an online order I've ever made. Will continue doing business with this company!

This was a complete bait and switch they advertise one product and send something completely difrent whith different model numbers. I sent emails to both Newegg and the actual third party that sent it and no response??

I ordered a Shark Vacuum model HV394QRG. Discount Merchant sent me model HV307QBX as if i didn't know the difference. If I knew that NewEgg was using Discount Merchant as their distributor I would have not place the order in the first place. I had trouble with Discount Merchant advertising stuff they didn't have in inventory once before. Their definitely someone you should stay clear of when shopping on-line.

UPON ARRIVAL THE MAIN PART WAS MISSING, NOTIFIED NEWEGG AND THEY NOTIFIED SELLER TO CONTACT ME BUT THAT NEVER HAPPENED. NEWEGG ALSO GAVE A PHONE NUMBER FOR CONTACT BUT AFTER 2 HRS ON HOLD GAVE UP. NOW AFTER ALL THAT I'M RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR SHIPMENT RETURN. EXPENSIVE LESSON ON DOING BUSINESS WITH SOME ORGANIZATIONS.

Either this refurbished vacuum was cleaned and had pieces replaced or maybe it wasn't used because for a refurbished product it looks new to me. Suction is great, gets all the dog hair and anything else out of the carpet. Not too loud, maneuverable. I love the filtered air aspect because now im not sneezing when I vacuum. Doesn't have lights on the front like some do but I wasn't looking for that.

I've always liked newegg up till now. We received the wrong product, they said they'd replace it or refund it. They have not communicated with me for over a month since I mailed the product back for an exchange, so I asked for a refund & still have not seen it either. Good customer service turned bad to worse.
