RMA Policy

Contact us to receive an authorization code for returning merchandise. Damaged, defective or shorted items must be reported within 3 days of receipt. new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund .All other merchandise must be returned within 30 days of ship date. The items must be in their original packaging. On standard returns, customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs relating to returned merchandise, including initial delivery and return delivery. Furthermore, a restocking fee up to 50% upon the return package may apply. After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty applies.

Items that are Not Returnable Or Not Eligible for Refund:
All items more than 30 days after delivery;
Any product missing the serial number or UPC;
Products that have been damaged through customer use.

Software return:
Software titles can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. These items must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap.

* If your Item is found to be damaged upon delivery, please keep all of the packaging material and email us within 3 days of delivery.

Lost Package
* Please notify us about non delivered packages within 5 days of the Estimated Delivery Date provided to you by NewEgg.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

4 out of 5 eggs Never received $1200 printer. Lied about expedited shipping of item after questioned about late delivery

Do not buy from here. Took our $1200 on 11/12. Promised delivery on or before 11/23. Made shipping label on 11/12 to make it look like they were going to send it, but never did. When questioned, said it was Fed Ex who forgot to pick it up. Said they would send it expedited (that means overnight) and that was on 11/29. STILL do not have a printer.

Order was out the door next day, less than 24 hours. Product delivered was as described, and delivered in the manufacturers packaging. Delivery date estimate was dead on, even with the shipper experiencing severe weather delays. Website store caught my shipping information input error before it became a problem. Had no reason to contact Customer Service. When the time comes to replace or upgrade I'll be looking at Ebiz Office first.

4 out of 5 eggs My order has sat on "shipping info received" for 6 days

I ordered a printer from them to replace one that fried and a week ago it claimed it had been shipped. It had not, it had generated a shipping label with FedEx though. Now six days laters its still on the exact same status. Has my order been sitting in their office for 6 days waiting for someone to give it to FedEx? What kind of terrible business practice is this?

4 out of 5 eggs Computer is beautiful but keeps getting cut off from WIFI.

This computer is beautiful. It’s everything I wanted and I was able to transfer all of my documents and photos over and it still runs great. The problem I have is that it is constantly getting booted off of the internet and it resets the clock to the incorrect time no matter what I do.
