Return Policy

Standard Return Policy

  • Return for refund within: 30 days

RMA Policy

All returns must meet the overall guidelines in order for the individual return policy to apply. Most products that are new and unopened can be returned to us within 30 days.
Products that are received by us in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:
Any product not purchased from our store.
Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return (i.e., a return initiated for a DOA product that powers on and works properly upon inspection).
Any product with a missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label.
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.
Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging.
Any product that exhibits physical damage. If you received your product damaged, please read our Report a shipping problem article for guidelines and instructions on how to resolve this issue. This is would not be considered a return.
Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate.
Any product which appears tampered, customized or altered in any way.
Any product that is returned with markings or writing made by the customer on the original box.
Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Costs
Returns are subject to restocking fees of 15% – 30% of the purchase price and return shipping fees. We may assess the restocking fee against the customer’s account or deduct the fee from the refund amount on all returns, subject to the Return Policy and any product-specific policy. We reserves the right to adjust the value of any item returned for refund to reflect its current market price, in which case the restocking fee will be applied after this adjustment.

For products that are eligible for return for replacement, the return shipping labels are free for returns for replacement of the same item within the applicable return policy period. We do NOT charge for restocking fees or return shipping labels for returns of defective products, or if you received the wrong product, the product did not match what was shown on the Site, or we made some other shipping error, provided the item is returned within its return policy period, and in accordance with the Return Policy. For returns of unopened items that are returned in the original condition as shipped within its return policy period, and in accordance with the Return Policy, we do NOT charge for restocking fees, but customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. In the event a product is returned that is not defective or an incorrect product or where the product does match what was shown on the Site, the product will either be returned to the customer or the return shipping cost initially covered by us will instead be deducted from the refund amount along with any necessary restocking fee that may apply. RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

Even as displayed on site, the device which was received was clearly not the one ordered or even being tracked in you system. I have pictures - side/by/side- with the device which I deceived and it is clearly not the one which was ordered.

So I had initially made a negative review of this seller because I receive my original order nor a replacement they sent out I ordered the same item thru another seller but then a few days later I received the original AND replacement from Electromagnet TL:DR It's the deliverer's fault because they confirmed my order was delivered when it was clearly not, and I received nearly a week after the initial delivery date estimate I would definitely recommend this seller in the future for my self & others

4 out of 5 eggs Seller Called to Make Sure I Received ... A Card of Coin Batteries

The day the tracking info indicated the item was delivered, it was not. A few minutes later, the seller called to ask if I had received the card of ten AG3 coin batteries. I said that I had not but that USPS-handoff deliveries to my location were often a day or two later than the tracking info claimed. The seller said this is a common problem for them, getting the last mile shipping accomplished. The batteries arrived the next day and I called the seller to so advise. How many businesses are so proactive with their customer service?
