Currently we deal with most of the Top Manufacturers of USA in Electronics and Office Supplies Categories, we are also heading towards seeking new Categories on board.
Returns Policy Overview

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. However, the item should be in the condition it was received, unused, and in the original box and/or packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
If the item is being returned for reasons falling under ‘Buyer’s Remorse’, outbound shipping that may have been free originally will also be deducted. We charge a 15% restocking/cancellation fee for such cases. Buyer’s remorse covers, but is not limited to:

• Accidental orders
• Cancellation after ship out
• Items no longer needed/wanted

We will not accept any returns unless we have issued a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization #) for the item to be returned. RMAs must be used within 7 days of issuance after which they become invalid. Used items are not eligible for return to us. If we receive a used item, we will request you to pay us to have the item shipped back to you, or discard it. They are however covered under their respective manufacturer warranties and our support team will gladly help you get in touch with the required manufacturer.

Cancellation of Orders

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

My call blocker recently lost its entire blocked number list. I returned and replaced the unit under warranty but to make sure it was not an issue of my phone line I added this device to protect not only the call blocker but also an answering machine and a cordless phone. So far everything works. This is a sensible addition to my landline phone technology.

4 out of 5 eggs Seller incapable of printing proper shipping information.

The package was supposed to be delivered and never was. It was transported via FedEx and when the package went missing, I contacted FedEx and gave them my information and the tracking number and they told me the package was never even addressed to me so now I'm at a loss for over 100 bux because of this.

I ordered two devices. They both came as previously opened, which is fine with me if they are in great condition. One, however was in a tattered box (inside the shopping containment) and one of the components was missing. That should have been reviewed more carefully before being shipped out.

Did not received the package when the tracking showed it was delivered. Had to walk around the neighborhood to see if delivered to the wrong address. Contacted the seller, & I was told that there was a glitch. I would receive the package the next day. I was skeptical about it. However, the package delivered. Item as described. Reasonable well packed and delivered by a well known online retailer.
