RMA Policy

1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

The item has promise. The keys responded well and easily, however the body construction needs work. It needs to be more resilient, especially the legs one of which broke under moderate use within the 1st hour. Additionally the joining seams weren't entirely smooth, a rough patch at the front was easily detectable.

I was very pleased by this seller for two reasons: 1. They contacted me to make sure my order was correct 2. They contacted me a few days later to say that they could not deliver my order and were refunding the purchase price. Usually I'm bugging sellers to find out when an order will be deilvered I'd definitely order from them again!

Just so you know. I ordered a cable weeks ago, but haven't received it yet. Didn't know it was coming from China until it shipped. Then I knew there would be delays.

This is a mixed review as the order has not been completed yet, nor the item delivered. However, my inquiry was related to the shipping status of the item. Customer service did get back to me very quickly with the status. Things have been delayed due to the Covid-19. Hopefully all will go well from here on.

The thermometer does not beep to indicate finished. I was told it only beeps on thermometers that measure Celsius, not Fahrenheit. I didn't see that in the description.
