RMA Policy

Gerald'S MARKET Return Policies
. All returns must include the following or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost:
. Product purchased from Gerald'S MARKET
. Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
. All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
. Original UPC/serial number intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
. All return request for refund or replacement can be submitted via Newegg Return Portal with valid return reason selected within thirty (30) calendar days from the invoice date and valid RMA numbers will be provided by Newegg

Additional Return Requirements and Policy:
1. All return or replacement request will be processed within 5 business days after returned item is received by Gerald'S MARKET
2. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within Three (3) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, Gerald'S MARKET will refund the amount of sale.
3. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses and restocking fee unless otherwise explicitly states on the product. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
5. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation or customer will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result the return to be rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by Gerald'S MARKET.
6. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
7. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Gerald'S MARKET will refund back to your method of payment.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Labels
Returns are subject to restocking fees and return shipping fees. For products that are eligible for return or replacement, the return shipping labels are free for returns or replacement of the same item within the applicable return policy period and return reasons. Gerald'S MARKET does NOT charge restocking fee and return shipping labels within return policy period for returns of damaged or defective products, wrong product was sent to you, or the product did not match what was shown on website. In the event a returned product which is not defective, not the original product that was sent to you, or the product does match what was shown on the Site after our inspection, the product will be returned to you at your cost and the return shipping cost initially covered by Gerald'S MARKET will instead be deducted from the refund amount along with any necessary restocking fee that may apply.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

There's no indication on the product listing that the item was new/ used / refurbished. However, since there was no indication, I assumed it was new. After receiving the product and open it up during the installation, I found animal hair most likely cat hair clinging to the edges of the thermal pad that were not covered by the protective peel away film. I also found that a sticker near the PCIe slots was warped and weathered. The ink was wearing off on sections indicating that it was exposed to moisture. On a side note and I'm not sure if this is an indication but the box was wrapped in plastic but there were no manufacturer tamper stickers sealing the box nor the anti-static bag the motherboard was in. So take that for what you will. This only struck me as odd after my previous findings. Full disclosure: I have not contacted the seller about my concerns and I have no intention; if given the option, of returning or exchanging the product as it came all the way from China. All of this being said, as far as I can tell, my testing has determined the board is 100% functional and I feel like I did get the product at a reasonable price. Perhaps with my findings it was too good to be true. You get what you pay for but also since I had the majority of this older hardware. Anyway, I was only building a small secondary system that was capable of running smaller, older games that I did not wish to install on my generationally newer, heavier main system.

I got overseas units that took weeks to get here and came in a pungent toxic smelling wrapped box. I was like, "what the F is this, and it's from China?" and they are clearly not meant for the US market as the boxes have Chinese writing all over them, but hopefully they will work fine. The internal boxes came destroyed and look like they have been sitting in the sun for decades, been compressed a few hundred times, and then had water damage, so again, buyer beware...I am building the computers now to see if the parts work. Ever since Newegg switched to this market place format, it has been nothing but issues...and this is just the same story. Sorry Newegg, but others (AMZN?) will be getting my business from here on out as I hate your new marketplace selling format and you don't seemingly vet any of your sellers. Go back to the company you were 5-10 years ago, we all miss that!!!

Shipped from China, and took about two weeks or so. Came in a brown cardboard box with foam packing, not a retail box. Software disc is a burned copy of g*d knows what! Just has a blank white label on it. Player itself seems to work so far, but its only been a week so we'll see how long it lasts.

4 out of 5 eggs Good product at good price but very slow shipping

I knew it would take some time to ship the item but did not expect to see that it took more than 1 week before the package was picked up even though it was ready for pickup 2 days after the order was placed. The rest of the process was fairly quick. The package appeared to be well packaged but when I opened it, the box was crushed. Fortunately, the motherboard was not damaged, and everything was secured.

The items they list for sale with the date to arrive by are wrong customer service is a joke when they are asked where the item is they don't give any feed back then they claim to issue money for extended wait period and nothing has come of it from what I can gather they have taken my money and refuse to do a refund
