RMA Policy

Kraymerica LLC Return Policies.
• All returns must include the following or it may be rejected and returned back to you:
• Product purchased from Kraymerica LLC
• Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
• All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
• Original UPC/serial number intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
• All return request for refund or replacement can be submitted via Newegg Return Portal with valid return reason selected within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date and valid RMA numbers will be provided by Newegg

Return Requirements and Policy:
1. All return or replacement request will be processed within 2 business days after returned item is received by Kraymerica LLC
2. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within Fifteen (15) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, Kraymerica LLC will refund the amount of sale.
3. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses for products over 50lbs unless product is defective, damaged, or not as advertised. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
5. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation or customer will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result the return to be rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by Kraymerica LLC.
6. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
7. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Kraymerica LLC will refund back to your method of payment.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Labels
Newegg Marketplace does NOT charge restocking fees for eligible returns. Return shipping labels within return policy period are free for returns under 50lbs, damaged or defective products, wrong product was sent to you, or the product did not match what was shown on website.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

I received a pair of free headphones and rubber headphones fittings plus a USB to c converter plus c to c converter plus what was excepted to come me with my purchased item, fast charger for outlet plus fast charging cord as mentioned to b expected with my note 9 galaxy Samsung. The phone is quality without any burnt in images on the screen n smooth performance on the phone. It's like new, very nice price , I'm very happy, n surprised with the extra surprises. Altho I didn't read the details on what came w it very well so it could have mentioned it, I was happy either way, shocked that I got everything with the phone for that price.

4 out of 5 eggs Sold me a locked phone, had to pay to return the locked phone, replacement was late, very rude!

So I order a unlocked Pixel 5 from them, when I received it was sim locked by Spectrum Mobile. When I contacted Techsaurus this was the initial response. "We buy them all factory unlocked. We have sold over 500 all over the World Michael and have not ever had any issues.Please send a picture of the screen you are getting.You should be able to simply insert an active sim and run setupAlso what carrier sim are you trying to use" So I replied that it is locked and sent screenshots to prove it. They said that they would replace it but did not have that color anymore. I asked can you please send the replacement along with an envelope to send you back the locked phone? The replied with this: "OK so I will trust you and send a new one if I have your word you will return that one to the return address on the new one once received." So I replied "Sounds good. I'll trust that this new phone is unlocked." Cut to 5 days later and I asked for a tracking number of the replacement. Then I add the next day "I really need an answer on this today" Their response "Answer to what sir?" This is horrible communication. To top it all off they did not send a return envelope so I had to pay to return the locked phone. AVOID this vendor.

4 out of 5 eggs Ordered a phone that they advertised as AT&T unlocked. They sent me a Verizon phone. AT&T locked my account until I contacted them to straighten out the situation.

They shipped the item quickly. The return was easy and they refunded all of my money. Other than getting the wrong phone, they were easy to deal with.

Bought as "BRAND NEW PHONE" Galaxy Note came old one, used one, glue was coming from the sides. Box was old and damaged. Scratches all over the phone. Terrible seller!!! Avoid this seller.

4 out of 5 eggs Not Factory Unlocked - T-Mobile splash screen

This phone was unlocked, but the legitimacy of the claim factory unlocked is questionable. Phone packaging was open and phone initially booted to T-Mobile splash screen. I did get it to work with Verizon. After about 30 days, the motherboard failed. I contacted the manufacturer (Samsung) and they indicated it was a T-mobile phone. I shipped it back to the manufacturer and they repaired it and sent it back with the same IMEI, but sent it back carrier-locked to T-Mobile. I contacted T-Mobile and they said it was ineligible for unlocking. All of this suggests this seller is using a sketchy third party unlocking service to unlock T-mobile phones, as opposed to actual factory unlocked phones. Now I have a useless T-Mobile phone under three months old.

I had purchased a Samsung galaxy s9 unlocked from this seller. The phone turned out to be an international version of the phone which wasn't completely compatible with my needs. Mistakes happen to the best of us. After contacting customer support they were super helpful and guided me through the correct course of action. The info was corrected for future purchasers. I was very pleased with their very quick responsiveness and eagerness to get my issue resolved. All in all, they were very friendly and I trust them for any future purchases.

Ordered a Samsung Galaxy S9+ model SM-G965F as advertised. Received SM-G965-U. Received RMA shipping label. Returned the item. Then the seller contacts me with, "do not return the phone as you are 100% incorrect. These phones are FACTORY UNLOCKED. They will work with ANY GSM sim anywhere in the World. They are therefore 100% identical to the F series because they were factory unlocked. Do not waste time and money returning a perfect product. It will work all over the World and is exactly as it is stated to be." The argument is not relevant. I ordered a specific model. The sellers assumptions are not relevant as my use case is my concern. Theirs is to deliver what they advertised. I want and ordered model SM-G965F, as was advertised but not delivered. Make it right, Techsaurus.
