RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

The first battery the seller shipped had issues, would not charge anywhere near 100% after installation and kept losing charge daily. By the time the seller contacted me after I left them a message via Newegg the battery was at only a 25% charge and would not charge higher. The seller shipped me a another correct New HP laptop battery at their expense and within an hour after installation it was at 100% charge and stays there! I am now very satisfied with the product and the excellent customer service I received from the seller. I would certainly purchase from this seller again!

I received the battery and it was dead. I was immediately emailed a shipping label to return, and upon the seller's inspection of the dead battery, they sent another one out, which is working fine.

It was very difficult for me to figure out the original Lenovo battery from the vendor as well as from Lenovo customer service. Finally got the right stuff delivered from New Egg. After using it for 3 weeks I can see the battery can hold for 4 to 5 h on a single charge. Satisfied. Highly recommended.

My battery stopped taking a charge less than a month after I started using it. $60 + is a very battery rental price for one month.

I got this battery for my 2012 MacBook Pro and it has been a huge help. I had already replaced the battery once by this off brand Chinese replacement and I was looking to using this laptop for school. When I booted her up and did a discharge test, the old battery would go dry in about 20 minutes. From 6000 MAHs to dead. And that does not spark joy. So I got this newer replacement battery, and now my battery legit lasts like 2 school days on one charge and even if I forget to charge it, it usually has enough battery to last me an hour or so to get an assignment done. 10/10 this battery works exactly as a battery SHOULD operate, I will be buying from NewEgg from now on for computer parts.

Wonderful customer service from this seller. Would definitely recommend them and buy from them again. They called me to notify me of a shipping delay - had to reship product. They sent it priority mail at no extra charge to me. And they just called to check and see that I received the item. I did and it is working great!

I paid a lot extra to get the exact Dell replacement battery for my 17" laptop. The model numbers matched up perfectly, the exchange went well with the help of YouTube and an extensive set of very small screwdrivers. The new battery works great - - much better than the old one.
