Four Ventures Inc. was established in 2016. We are an online retailer catering to all kinds of online shopping needs of our customers. Our product offering includes a surfeit of categories that range from electronics to furniture, fashion clothing to baby toys, games to automotive and so on. We source products directly from the manufacturers or authorized distributors. We have tied up with more than 1,000 brand owners and we offer more than half a million products to our customers in all the categories.

Standard Return Policy

  • Return for refund within: 30 days
  • Return for replacement within: 30 days
  • Restocking Fee: 15.00%

RMA Policy

All returns must include the following or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost:
. Product purchased from Mac Marvels
. Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
. All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
. Original UPC/serial# intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
. Valid RMA number obtained from website or customer service for the correct product and order
Additional Return Requirements and Policy:
1. An RMA number must be requested within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date. Shipping charge is the cost of us sending the product to you and will not be refunded. No restocking fee will be applied on return for DOA/Defective and shipping damaged product. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, Mac Marvels will refund the amount of sale.
2. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
3. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses unless otherwise explicitly states on the product. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
4. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation. Customer is responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping.
5. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
6. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Mac Marvels will refund back to your method of payment.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

The tracking number was for a package that was delivered to Indiana . My cooler didn't come for several days I asked to cancel my order if they couldn't provide tracking. It has never arrived. They did refund.

4 out of 5 eggs This seller lists products they don't have.

I was contacted shortly after purchase informing the product was on backorder. I told them I could wait up to 30 days for the item, so they left the order open and later updated the order with a tracking number indicating it had shipped. 2 weeks later, the item still hadn't been received by a carrier meaning they just printed a label but never shipped anything. To make matters worse, they hadn't taken the listing down and were continuing to take new orders. Super shady seller and I would hope Newegg kicks them off the platform with so many buyers having a similar experience.

Seller is listing items for sale at a low price on Newegg that they do no have in their inventory and then marking the item as shipped in Newegg even tho they haven't shipped anything. They do contact you asking if you'd like a refund but it still wastes your time on an item you won't get.

The rating would have been a five but they gave me the wrong tracking information. When I contacted them about it I never heard back. I did get my item but I did not know when or if I would until I received it.

i received the B450 A II not the B450 A model asked for and with that, left me an incompatible part. i suspect it was rushed shipping without checking seeing as it was supposed to arrive by the 7th but came the 4th.

4 out of 5 eggs These folks should not advertise products they don't actually carry

Ordered a disk drive from them; email to me said "shipped". A week later, had not received it, checked the "details" page on the shipment, and it said "label created, waiting for carrier pickup". I asked for a refund, which they graciously provided, though they explained the situation as "this was the last one, and it was lost in transit", which doesn't entirely gibe with the concept of waiting for pickup... All in all, I lost almost 10 days waiting for a disk I need desperately for my server.

First day of setting up I had to call the TP-Link support group because I noticed that settings wouldn't save. Second day of setting up I noticed everything that the support group assisted me with didn't work and didn't save. The third day I was talked down to and felt like I wasn't being listened to then I was closed on before my issue was resolved. That same day I contacted Mac Marvel's Marketplace and received a generic response and haven't heard back from them since. I am very unsatisfied with this whole order from beginning to the end. I would NOT recommend this router, and this seller. I hope they turn around in the near future with how they handle customers.

I would recommend this router. It was easy to set up and it connected quickly. It's a great product. The seller described the router exactly as it is. It was also shipped in a timely fashion. I'm very happy with the entire process.
