Our prices are competitive, we ship all items within 1-2 business day via UPS and USPS. We do not offer international shipping. We only ship to 48 US States.

Return Policy

Standard Return Policy

  • Return for refund within: 30 days
  • Return for replacement within: 30 days
  • Restocking Fee: 15.00%

RMA Policy

We allow returns up to 30 Days after the item has been delivered for Defective item and for Change of Mind or ordered by Mistake we charge 15% restocking fee.

Important: Any physical damage has to be reported within 5 days of delivery.
Please contact us to obtain RMA for your return.    

Returns without authorization number will not be accepted. If you want to return the item for any other reason other than broken or dead at arrival, 15% restocking fee will be charged. All returns because of “refused by recipient”, “wrong address”, “no signature” will be charged 15% restocking fee too.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

I have purchased from that brand of RGB leds in the past and what I received was definitely nothing like that brand or what is on the picture, what I received was of poor quality

4 out of 5 eggs The Part I needed at a good price!

I needed a replacement motherboard for my Dell Optiplex 7060 MT. The sellers listing said it was "New", and it WAS!!! The board came in Dell's "Manufacturing Mode" which let me set the proper Service Tag for my system! Once I exited "Manufacturing Mode", my system booted correctly - and the replacement board was recognized by Windows as equivalent! So no hassle with the Windows 10 Digital License! I could not be happier with the product, or with the seller! I'm back in action. And I would do business with this seller again in a heartbeat! That should tell you all you need to know right there. :)

When you build and repair PC for others, you always find a need for having extra screws and mounting hardware. When upgrading HDD to SSD, having the correct screws for the SSD is required. This kit contains enough of each to do several build and upgrades.

Item was shipped to the wrong house/neighborhood. Not the seller's fault. Notified via customer support, item was replaced, though it took a while. The item is as described and works well.

Has quite the 3 angle scam going. Based on almost everyone reviewing here is how it goes. 1. Ship an item to the wrong address by mistake to nearby place and wait to see if purchaser complains. If they do - ship them something from Am**zn (which they bought cheaper) directly to you and quick to avoid bad reviews. If Am**zn doesnt have it, ship something some knockoff or item defective enough that can meet the requirements so that if you want a refund, they make money on the restock fee of 15%. My fault for not seeing it cheaper to begin with - but Never again from the marketplace

Original product was returned to sender due to falsely insufficient address, they sent another as soon as they were aware and it arrived only one day later! Wonderful customer service and very happy with the macro pad.

Got the email that my package was delivered but the pic FedEx left was of a different house not in my area. I contracted the seller about the mix up. I got an email the next day saying the replacement item was being sent out. Couple of days later I got the replacement package. The item worked great.

I'm sure this motherboard test bench does the job well... I wouldn't know of course because after I ordered it they sent it to a random address across the state.. I went to USPS after I received the delivered email and noticed no package outside. USPS sent to the right address they had... But that means the seller had an address 50 miles away. I called Newegg and they were supposed to contact the seller and send me another to the right address. But after a week the rma was closed and I was left with nothing. But! Someone is using it :)

I shop at Newegg to get quality. I paid double the price to get a genuine OEM part. Instead the seller shipped from the other on-line retailer, home of counterfeits. The battery appears to work. Gives me good 10 minutes of laptop life when not plugged in. So disappointing. It doesn't look like the real thing. The performance is as good as my old battery after 5 years.
