Our prices are competitive, we ship all items within 1-2 business day via UPS and USPS. We do not offer international shipping. We only ship to 48 US States.

Return Policy

Standard Return Policy

  • Return for refund within: 30 days
  • Return for replacement within: 30 days
  • Restocking Fee: 15.00%

RMA Policy

We allow returns up to 30 Days after the item has been delivered for Defective item and for Change of Mind or ordered by Mistake we charge 15% restocking fee.

Important: Any physical damage has to be reported within 5 days of delivery.
Please contact us to obtain RMA for your return.    

Returns without authorization number will not be accepted. If you want to return the item for any other reason other than broken or dead at arrival, 15% restocking fee will be charged. All returns because of “refused by recipient”, “wrong address”, “no signature” will be charged 15% restocking fee too.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

After a misdelivery, seller was quick to send a replacement which arrived as described. Replacement came drop-shipped from another retailer unfortunately.

Seller issued a refund order on my behalf one day after their sale ended saying the part was no longer needed... well I still need that part and considering it was paid for and in the mail I have to say avoid this Merchant. Totally inadequate for retail.

Newegg was satisfactory but there supplier was terrible as they sent the wrong part, it didn't have the correct part number as the one I removed and then they didn't want to accept it as a refund and after talking to Newegg they finally authorized the refund, they had the nerve not to refund the tax. Are they that desperate that they don't refund the tax? I'd have to say that's Illegal as well. This experience has left a bad taste and makes me reluctant to do business with Newegg unfortunately.

4 out of 5 eggs Product was shipped to the wrong address according to UPS tracking supplied - Replacement received 10 days after original replacement promised date.

EDIT: Received a direct phone call 10 days after the originally promised replacement part delivery date, I still had no refund and no product. Coincidently later that same day a FedEx truck showed up with a box from Monoprice and my missing parts... I'll give a 3-Egg review for putting in effort to communicate when things were obviously going poorly, but from my order date to receiving the goods was 27 days.After seeing that my order shipped and then receiving a 'delivered' notice, I looked at the UPS tracking information that was provided and the city shown was not where I live. I did contact PartsCom USA through NewEgg, and they replied quickly, but after multiple messages back and forth in the last three weeks and no replacement shipment, I've given up and filed a claim to get a refund.

4 out of 5 eggs Item shipped was not the item ordered

Item is listed as SEK-1000/ZA. Was was shipped the first time was a SEK-1000/ZX. The difference is a global region of the world and they are not cross compatible. I contacted the seller and was assured a ZA would be shipped after they got the first one back. The second one had no box or label so could not identify what it was at all. The second was not functional. I felt deceived as such would not recommend this reseller. The return and shipping process is very slow but adequate.

I was trying to shop without using <THAT COMPANY>, but when my order came it was in <THAT COMPANY>'s packaging, so I guess my order was fulfilled through <THAT COMPANY>. I really wish there were an alternative out there so I wouldn't have to support <THAT COMPANY> and their horrible worker policies.
