    Works as they should

I got this for my parents HP Color LaserJet 2600n. My dad says they work just as well as the official HP toner, and that's good enough for me to award a 5 egg rating. Read more

    Not worth the savings

Cheap. Coverage is splotchy. Didn't last nearly as long as expected... only ~200 pages. The printer's starter cartridges lasted longer. Read more

5 out of 5 eggs Works as they should

Pros: I got this for my parents HP Color LaserJet 2600n. My dad says they work just as well as the official HP toner, and that's good enough for me to award a 5 egg rating.

    Cons: None

Bottom Line: It's weird when different colours ship from different locations. We ordered all 4 toner cartridges for their 2600n in one order. Three shipped from Mississauga so I got them the next day, and one shipped from western USA so took like 12 days. No big deal, but weird!

5 out of 5 eggs Works good

Pros: Worked great, didn't get toner all over the place like the local refurbisher does... who also provides me with about a 25-50% fail rate. I've liked Rosewill products for some time now, and this meets my standards. The packaging was also nice... I felt bad throwing the box out!

Cons: It is my first toner from them. I'm trying yellow next and we'll see if the products are consistant.

Bottom Line: If the quality holds to this trend, I will be buying all of my toner from New Egg and Rosewill!

1 out of 5 eggs Poor quality

    Pros: None

Cons: Broken tab on the cartridge means that it was unusable out of the box. Poor quality control.

Bottom Line: I bought the combo to have on the shelf ready. Ran out of cyan today and so tried to put in this cartridge. The door on the printer would not close. When I looked in to it I found that the plastic tab that opens the "shutter" on the cartridge as you close the door was missing. Total waste of $40.

1 out of 5 eggs Leaking cartridge

    Pros: Cheaper

Cons: I am getting blue streaks on anything I print. Each time I print afterwards I have to clean the inside of the printer. This is definitely not a quality refill. I bought 4 cartridges and only installed the Cyan so far. I am afraid to put the others in the printer as I may have a total disaster if they all leak like this. I have an HP Color LaserJet 2600n printer. The printer was printing great with the original HP cartridges.

Bottom Line: Don't take a chance on these.

1 out of 5 eggs Russian Roulette

    Pros: less expensive

Cons: These are great if you want to play russian roulette with your color laser printer. These Rosewill refilled cartridges work OK when they work, but I had one leak BADLY all over the inside of my 2600N. I wasn't happy, my clients were VERY unhappy. Not worth a few $$$. This is not the first time these cheapo refills have leaked on me. NEVER AGAIN.

5 out of 5 eggs Perfect

Pros: I purchased the combo pack. The refilled cartridges were perfect. I had none of the problems others described such as leaking toner. The colors match OEM cartridges. The cost can't be beat. Quick shipping.

    Cons: None

    Bottom Line: Can't be beat.

1 out of 5 eggs Bad, Bad, Bad

    Pros: None
The cheap price becomes in fact an cons. See below.

    Cons: Horrible quality.
Purchased complete set of 4 cartridges. Two of them leak toner, the third one is not able to print solid color.
They may be selling for cheap, but there is a reason of it: they are horrible!!! I am out of $$$ and I still cannot print decent documents. For this money, you can buy 2 original HP cartridges. I still have to buy HP cartridges, but at the end I will have paid $$$ more than regular price.

The box states that :"Each cartridge is designed and manufactured to meet or exceed OEM product specifications...." These are re-used HP cartridges with holes in them , refilled with poor quality toner. How can they meet or exceed the OEM specs?
Their box also says that "each cartridge is manufactured under stringent manufacturing standards. All products go through rigorous testing to ensure highest level of quality and reliability". Two out of 4 cartridges leak toner big time, what kind of testing are they talking about?

Bottom Line: Do yourself a favour: just buy toner and hole making tool and it will cost you less than half of what you pay for these cartridges. Also, if you do not have 2 left hands, you will get better results than Rosewill.
