    Pros: NONE

    Cons: Ordered 2 rosewill replacement toners for Brother printer. One came completely covered in loose toner, obviously exploded at some point. Second worked for a few months then started printed with black edges. Newegg sent a replacement for the defective one, but when we opened it several months later it too had come completely covered with toner. Since we received the cartridge more than 30 days after order we were not issued a replacement this time.

    Bottom Line: Do not order this product, but if you order more than one, open both on receipt.

    3 out of 5 eggs Product Works...RMA's don't :-(

    Pros: The pros are that this product does exactly what it says it does in replacing the cartridge for a Brother Printer...just not MINE! I tried to cancel the order in the first thirty seconds after I realized that I had transposed a number (as per usual :-( of course) but the page stated it had already gone to the warehouse for processing...but of course that wasn't actually shipped for 2 more days!!!

    Cons: The CON is in thinking that NewEgg would stand behind their products, not stand behind a contrived "Protocol" of having to return all portions of an order. Several times I have ordered multiple items only to receive them in separate boxes shipped. This time NewEgg decided to ship all 4 cables in the same box as the toner cartridge!! AND now the only way to process the RMA is to ship all items back with the one item I cannot use. I am a technician fixing computers not a weekend warrior playing games on the internet! IF it was an issue of just changing my mind about a product, no problem my bad. BUT this isn't even close to usable in my printer!!!!!!!!!!! AND I am VERY disappointed in NewEGG for contriving such a strange protocol.

    Bottom Line: I haven't checked but I am now wondering if there were extra shipping and handling charges on the multiple items orders that shipped in separate boxes?!? Wouldn't that be something!? Well I guess $600 in items purchased this year isn't enough to garner good customer service or consideration for an error.

    5 out of 5 eggs As Lewis Lymon would say... I'm so happy.

    Pros: It just works. No bleeding, smearing, leaking, dusting... none of it.

    Cons: The toner plug came partially loose during shipment, and there was toner powder all over the sealed bag. Customer service immediately responded, and rectified with a partial credit. I was also given the choice to RMA, but the leak was manageable with a vacuum. For that, I would buy x10 again from this company. A company that stands behind their product is what you want. VERY responsive.

    Bottom Line: I was hesitant at first, buying a non-brother toner, but am not anymore. Take the leap of faith, you will not regret, the toner lays beautifully on the paper.
