    3 out of 5 eggs Disappointed

    Pros: Originally bought 4 in a good deal. All went well. I was making a karaoke song book and needed multiple toner cartridges to complete this.

    Cons: The problem came when I opened the third one and there was loose toner in the package. It was defective.To get it replaced I had to pay $12 to ship it back to them. So much for my good deal.

    Bottom Line: If it's too good to be true, it probably isn't.

    1 out of 5 eggs Not Recommended for SCX-3405FW

    Pros: Receipt of product was timely.

    Cons: Upon installation into printer, I received a message on my computer that the cartridge was incompatible with the printer. If you're looking for a toner that works for SCX-3405FW I strongly suggest that you choose a different product. Hope this helps redirect someone else in the right direction with this message!

    Bottom Line: Not worth returning
