Bottom Line: After we started using these instead of the expensive Epson cartridges which come with 4x6" picture cards (annoying they cant sell the cartridge separately) the printer started having issues printing blue. Ran cleaning cycle several times but didn't help. Tried another cartridge and it worked fine. It was not out of ink according to the software.
Later the printer started having more issues, not printing colors or just looking rather terrible. Tried several cleanings and calibrations but just couldn't get it to look good.
We were using it to print student ID's on cardstock to laminate but decided after 3 cheap little photo printers that we would just get a proper plastic ID card printer.
If we had kept with the Epson cartridges the printer would have probably lasted longer.

Rating: 1/5Does not work with Epson PictureMate
September 15, 2013
Cons: Doesn't work with Epson PictureMate. After numerous head cleanings (via the utilities in the PictureMate) I finally got it to print photos, but the color was always incorrect - typically no blue or red, just yellow and blacks would print, but it varied from photo to photo. After about 7 or 8 tries (and wasted photo stock) I gave up. Contacted seller for refund and shipped it back yesterday.
Pros: None. It simply doesn't work with the Epson PictureMate.
Cons: Doesn't work. After many cleanings of the print heads via the utilities, I was able to get it to print some photos but the only color that prints is yellow. These cartridges do no work with the Epson PictureMate.
