3 out of 5 eggs Quality.

Pros: Well-made, has a reduced shank that made it fit into my drill

Cons: The shank is totally round! Which means it totally slips when I try to use the drill! I'm not a machinist, so it's probably not fair for me to ding the bit because it doesn't have flatted portions on the shank (there might be a good reason for it), but from my perspective it is just silly.

The bit slipped quite a "bit" if you'll pardon the pun; I had to keep retightening the drill around it and since the bit shank is totally round, of course it slipped a lot! My drill only has a hand-tightening mechanism for the shank, so this may not be so much of an issue if you have a little wrench mechanism like I had on a previous drill.

I knocked off 2 stars due to the round shank - it made it really tough to get the job done.
