I had one of those CFL lights in a bathroom that took 10-15 seconds to warm up to full light. I bought one of these LED 60w and not only does it come on instantly, but it is so white and bright that it shows dirt where the CFL did not. I am ... Read more

    Pros: None.

    Cons: Lasted 8 months (12-12-15) to (8-15-16)

Bottom Line: Not worth buying. Hopefully I didn't pay the $8.99 on my old invoice.

1 out of 5 eggs don't buy this bulb

Pros: solid bulb while it lasts

Cons: - only lasted 18 months of light use
    - company has ignored three emails to customer service over last month, so warranty is unusable

Bottom Line: there are much better options out there

1 out of 5 eggs Not worth purchessing

    Pros: Price was nice?

Cons: like many other reviews before me, bulb died. Bulb isn't worth it if it only last 7-18 months.

1 out of 5 eggs Buzzy and then dead

    Pros: Bright light, decent color

Cons: They buzz audibly right away and 4 of the 9 I bought have died within 15 months.

Bottom Line: There are lots of competing bulbs, and this one is not worth your money.

2 out of 5 eggs Well, Downhill we go

Pros: Lights deliver in terms of energy use and light - just as advertised

Cons: One of the 5 bulbs I bought stopped working after 7 months of light use, not exactly what I was looking for when I purchased LED bulbs! we'll see how long the other 4 last...

2 out of 5 eggs 2 of 5 have died at 4 months

Pros: LED Bulbs, light output good, hue consistent

Cons: The only reason to pay almost $10 for a light bulb is in hopes it will last years and have lower energy cost. Also, that the imperial federal government has dictated we are not worthy to decide when it is appropriate to use 0.25 cent light bulbs :-(

Bottom Line: With 40% attrition rate and cost to ship back almost as much as bulb I would say not worth it.

1 out of 5 eggs Update

Pros: Nice light -- when working

Cons: At last report, 4 of 5 had failed. One month later, the 5th has failed as well. So, 5 of 5 have failed within 6 months. Bulbs indicated there is a lengthy warranty, but there is no U.S. return / business address?

Bottom Line: Will not waist any more money on these bulbs. Review who you are purchasing on, the warranty is only as good

5 out of 5 eggs JimD

Pros: Bright white, great for ceiling recessed light in vaulted ceiling.
I won't be up on a ladder there again.
I think it is brighter than the 60W incandescent that was there.

Cons: Price. I got this on sale, but I will wait until prices fall more
    before I buy more.

Bottom Line: If you are interested in LED's then you are probably relieved to
finally see useable, bright LED's. My rough benchmark is: for a
given incandescent brightness, fluorescent bulbs consume
1/3 the power and LED bulbs consume almost 1/10 the power.
