4 out of 5 eggs Works well

Pros: I bought this to replace a low quality, no-name bluetooth receiver that was prone to making all sorts of noise in the audio output. This unit provides a clean audio output with no audible noise. This unit is powered by a standard micro USB jack, and also has the ability to run on a single AA battery, although I have not tried it.

Cons: It does not seem to automatically connect to paired devices as many bluetooth devices do. To connect you must push the unit's button to turn it on, then manually tell your phone (or tablet etc) to connect to it. Not a big deal, but it is a couple more steps than it should be. Which leads me to my other con, forget about hiding it behind your stereo, you need to get to it and push the button everytime you want to use it. That means you will always be looking at this funny shaped little box and the 2 wires going to it, which is, well, ugly.

Bottom Line: It does what it is supposed to do, and I am pleased with it. Would give it 5 stars if it wasnt such a PITA to connect.
