A Convenient Solution for Firestick
Connect the USB Charging cable to the external power supply

And then it will work flawless.

PLEASE DO HOOP UP THE USB POWER CABLE TO 5V POWER SOURCE BEFORE USE, OTHERWISE, THE CONVERTER MAY NOT WORK PROPERLY.
