This coupling is compatible with pneumatic and hydraulic systems when used with compatible fittings and hoses. It is compatible with industrial hose/coupling interchange systems for which the specified thread and connection type are appropriate (M)NPT, 1/4-18 (male NPT). It includes an integrated tubular valve for regulating flow during connection and disconnection.
