30-Day Returns. Our items include a 30-day money-back guarantee (unless otherwise noted). This means you can return your purchase within 30 days of shipment for a full refund of the item (excludes shipping and restocking fees if applicable). We also administer most all of our manufacturer warranties, making it easier for you to return your item under warranty, at no additional cost, for a refund, exchange or store credit. After attaining approval from the manufacturer, normally within one business day, we send you a return label with instructions for completing your return. It is that simple.

RMA Policy

We stock only the highest quality products available and are dedicated to your total satisfaction within the context of fair business practices. Therefore, this item can be returned for any reason within 30 days of shipping. Any shipping costs incurred for a return outside the scope of warranty coverage are paid by the buyer, unless the return is due to our error. Please be aware that restocking fees may apply.

We take considerable diligence towards providing you with accurate product information and incorporating quality assurance procedures in every step of our fulfillment process. However, if it is discovered there is an error in the information on our website or in your shipment, and a return or exchange is required, we will cover any additional costs associated with shipping. Notification of the error must be made within the 30-day return period.

This item can be returned under the manufacturer warranty coverage within the specified warranty period from the date your order shipped. Additional shipping costs for returns and replacements under warranty, where the item is proven defective, are covered by us. Warranty returns and replacements are shipped via Ground or International Economy. Expedited return and replacement is available at an additional cost.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

The price is fair. And shipment was quick. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the lamp last longer than a few months. Others I've bought from other sellers seem to go out the day after the 90 warranty.

4 out of 5 eggs Only half the order received...

We only received half of the order. I put in a claim for the issue over a week ago and still have not heard anything from the seller. Given how expensive these are, I am expecting some sort of resolution to this.

I can't find anywhere to return this item. I recieved the item and it doesn't fit my espon 2040 projector, I would please like a refund.

This lamp had a different type of shroud that allows for a lot of light bleed through the back end. Has so far had no effect with its operations, and the image quality seems to exceed the OEM, at least for brightness, more than likely due to new vs aging bulb.

They sent the wrong light so I sent it back ASAP. It's been over 2 MONTHS and I still don't have my refund. Been getting the runaround this whole time - due to covid 19 they are backed up, blah blah.... well they were SUPER fast to take my money. Last I checked COVID-19 existed then as well. These people are shady and do not fall for their lame excuse of the pandemic. Everyone's dealing with that... I am beyond furious with this company....

I ordered a projector bulb based on description provided, there were several similar items available on the marketplace, I choose to pay more to get the correct bulb and wattage as described. Needless to say, I received the wrong part, lower wattage, and wrong manufactured. This is a knock-off made in china, and who knows if it is even new and how many hours it has on it. I have filed a complaint with seller.

I've been trying to return this lamp and it's been a real song and dance. The seller has contacted me telling me they're going to give me a RMA number. But it hasn't happened yet.
