Ensure fast and hassle-free product replacements with an Advance RMA. We will ship out a replacement item upon your request; however you would need to provide a credit card beforehand. From the time you request an Advance Replacement you have 30 days to ship the defective item(s) back to our warehouse. Confirmation emails will be sent to keep you updated throughout the return and inspection process. Items returned within 30 days and pass inspection will not be charged.
