RMA Policy

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history.
2. Select proper return options. Depending on the seller's return policy and return setup on Newegg, different options are available:
• Click REFUND or REPLACE to submit your request directly. Or
• Click REQUEST RETURN FROM SELLER to contact seller to request refund or replacement.
3. For the option of REFUND or REPLACE. Select the item(s) you wish to return or replace. Follow the instruction to complete.
4. For the option of REQUEST RETURN FROM SELLER. On the COMPOSE MESSAGE Page:
• Choose Return/Refund/Replacement from the drop down menu.
• Verify the order number and request from the Subject.
• Specify more details, including item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail), the reason for your return, and the return for replacement or refund before click SEND MESSAGE button.
5. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
6. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
7. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

Waited for almost a month. Contract twice was old delay due to Pandemic, I'm tired of this being used as an excuse. The pandemic didnt stop them from charging my credit card before it was even shipped...order had to be cancelled. Not happy with seller or Newegg they no longer stand behind their customers. Been using for 15 years but everything eventually ends

There was absolutely nothing wrong with what I got - the Ram I ordered was exactly what I was looking for - the reason I only gave it 3-stars - is because I had NO IDEA my Ram was coming directly from China! It took a good 6 weeks to get here!!! Ouch!!!

Ordered, but after 1.5 months of promises to deliver the product got issued a refund. If something is not available for shipping, it shouldn't be listed on the website. Poor experience. So much time wasted and I still don't have a product.

Received the item in reasonable time. Seller had return policy. Good service. The only reason that I gave a 3 for rating was because the memory did not work in my pc, even though the item description matched the item being replaced in my pc.

4 out of 5 eggs Item "Out of Stock", I had to contact

Vendor created a shipping label days after I ordered the item. After 8 days of "shipping label created" I reached out wanting a status update to then be told it was not in stock with no ETA on when it would be available. They asked if I wanted to wait... not even an offer to refund, nothing except asking me to wait. Even with no eta.

Item was received securely shipped, but failed to work. After multiple emails trying to make the memory work, seller agreed to refund the purchase. Getting the refund was a process that took way too long with too many steps. This review is all about the seller, as customer support from Newegg was satisfactory. (After getting my refund, I ordered the same memory off of e*Bay and had my laptop upgraded in minutes after the memory arrived.)
