. Original UPC/serial# intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
. Valid RMA number obtained from website or customer service for the correct product and order
Additional Return Requirements and Policy:
1. An RMA number must be requested within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date. Shipping charge is the cost of us sending the product to you and will not be refunded. No restocking fee will be applied on return for DOA/Defective and shipping damaged product. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, Sam Electronic will refund the amount of sale.
2. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.

6. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Sam Electronic Commerce will refund back to your method of payment.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

Ordered a RAID controller to load into a workstation before the warranty on the workstation expired. Seller advertised as "shipping from the US". Tracking information sent identified the port of origin in China, called to cancel immediately and ordered another card. Seller wouldn't cancel. I received the card 17 days later and opened the box to insert RMA slip. DESPITE FALSELY ADVERTISING THE CARD, seller charged restocking fee and threatened to not refund if the card was used. How will they know if the card was used or not, I literally RMAed it the day it arrived. Will not use again as I don't like paying for a disorganized company's mistakes and receiving no apology or assurance that they understand their mistake.

I have never seen such a terrible seller in my life. Stay away from this seller. I ordered the product 1 month passed, but the product is still in transit, the seller does not send it. And the seller is not responding to my messages. just a waste of time 1 month wasted

If I could give 0 eggs I would, worst experience on this site ever. Ordered a 3060 Ti card, they didnt have that but offered me the OC edition, which I accepted. After a month of waiting I reached out asking what was going on and they kept giving me the run around, its coming, its coming. Just be patient they said. After waiting a couple more weeks I felt I was never going to get the card so I ended up going to a different seller from Newegg and got the card in 3 days and put in a refund request for this seller which got denied. Finally today I get the card from them but I have no need for it so I have to find a way to sell this card myself without taking too much of a loss. Never ordering from them or any overseas seller again.

4 out of 5 eggs No accurate tracking

This CPU was 1 of 7 items I ordered. The tracking was horrendous, the time relapsed in order to delivery long and untraceable. When I complained on a rating of other components, I was told I would receive a $15 reembursement for my trouble, which I never saw. Bad experience all around. Worst, I had to give 1 egg as a rate where 0 would be more appropriate!!!

This item was advertised as used-like new, but in fact the seller contacted after I paid, describing to me a classuc "bait and switch" damaged product.
