Additional Return Requirements and Policy:

6. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Sam Electronic Commerce will refund back to your method of payment.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

So, nneded a diagnostic tool for a non responsive PC. This board sounded good but the delivery time was way too long for a diagnotic tool. I did manage to diagnose the problem but the board arrived after I did so i gues I'll save it for later. Maybe. Board came with no manual just a SATA cable. No, board has nothing to do with SATA so your guess may even e better than mine as to why I got a SATA cable instead of a manual.

To start off, the mouse took forever to arrive and came later than the latest delivery date. The box itself had very secure packaging but when I opened it , the box was damaged and had dents on it as well as a hole on the bottom corner, which sucks because I wanted to keep the box since it's so cute. However, the contents inside were thankfully, not damaged. Now for the mouse itself, you have to install the razer app if you want to customize the performance of the mouse as well as rgb, etc. I am using the mouse for gaming so I need fast reaction time and things of that sort. But for some reason, after installation, the games I played began to have lag that wasn't there before. After researching online, I found that other people were having the same problem. I uninstalled the optional razer functions like the chroma aspect but I still had the same issue. So i uninstalled the whole app altogether and that was able to fix the issue. The downside is that your rgb will be set to the default color, which is a hot pink, and I imagine that the performance (such as sensitivity) will be set to a default as well. The mouse does what it needs to do, it's a cute design, nice quality, and the mouse pad it comes with is great as well. I know that there seems to be more cons than pros, but I think the mouse is worth getting if you are a REALLY big fan of sanrio or cute stuff in general and if you have the money to spend for it.

4 out of 5 eggs Lied about updating my Shipping ticket to Newegg and to me.

I would not recommend this seller to anyone, even my worst enemies. I had an issue with my billing address and shipping address being wrong, i tried to message them before the ticket was made, since i used my NewEgg Card and needed the product(gtx 1060) delivered asap, their only way to help me was "hey, just email the UPS and have them change it." no, the ticket wasn't Created yet, so you should've been able to update the information. Fast forward 2 days, after contacting newegg customer service back and forth for hours, they contacted them and they claimed the shipping address had been updated. Low and behold, it had not. Now i need to drive 2 hours out of my way, when im currently laid off, to go pick up the package that i ordered from them. I will steer clear of this shop as long as im buying computer parts 0/10 - Customer Service 0/10 - Order arriving on time 0/10 - Ease of use.

The item listed the SAS cables as being included in the "kit" along with the PCI-E card. What shipped was the card only, no cables or driver disc. When the vendor was contacted, they offered a $7 reimbursement for the missing cables. That was 2 weeks ago, no credit to the payment method as of yet.

Ive bought many things from Newegg and have always been happy with the overall experience. When I ordered this time shipping took over 14 days because it came from China. ☹👎🏻

Ordered a water cooler a week ago. Hasnt left the dock yet. Looked at other reviews for the seller and seeing that not getting anything on time is a common problem. I contacted the seller and new egg about canceling. Got an email back saying they were on vacation for another week. I wouldnt recommend buying from this seller. Have not received the cooler but marking as received as described.
