Return Policy

Standard Return Policy

  • Return for refund within: 30 days
  • Return for replacement within: 30 days
  • Restocking Fee: 15.00%

RMA Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@savitrglobal.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

Never thought it will be delivered so quick. It was a small value product and i doubted if the seller will even honour the order. Overall experience was out from expectation and product quality is also good.

4 out of 5 eggs Received used items instead of new.

I was sent various models of hard drives with different specs than what was ordered. The drives came in incorrectly labeled packaging that was opened and stated the drives were larger than what was actually in them. The drives were purchased as new but had been previously used with the previous customers data still on them. According to the SMART info, some of the drives had a power on time up to 41,000 hours.

AVOID. I ordered 5 webcams. 2 arrived with 3 being returned to sender by USPS for incorrect shipping address. Contacted seller. Received a generic response and updated tracking info. That order was also returned to sender by USPS for incorrect shipping address. Contacted again and received another generic response & updated tracking info. That order showed delivered to an entirely different state. Contacted Newegg for a refund. Seller instead sent another generic response and new tracking info. It is now over 2 weeks after the order and I have received 4/5 of the items.

I was slightly hesitant to buy from this seller since they have so few reviews, but I decided to give them a chance and I'm glad I did. The price they were asking was by far the best deal, and they shipped it right away.

4 out of 5 eggs Never received item and strung along regarding a replacement

I will say that this seller is generally very responsive and friendly regarding their customer support and that I don't mean to speak ill of anyone I interacted with. I also believe that they were truly prepared to send a replacement shipment at no cost to me when the package said it was delivered but hadn't actually arrived to my house or to any of my neighbors, hence the two eggs. My main issue is not that my package went to the wrong address, but that I was led along with the promise of a rebate and told that my replacement package was already prepared/en route to my house when in reality the product I ordered was out of stock and wouldn't be back in stock for at least a month. I was told that there would be a replacement shipment at no fewer than three times (I had to check in each time) before I was told the item I ordered was out of stock. I would be rating them at least three stars (shipping mistakes do happen, after all), but I would've much preferred an immediate refund if there was any doubt that a replacement could be shipped to me so that I could've placed another order sooner.

4 out of 5 eggs Product was used and repackaged + follow-up review

Edit: Originally 1 star After filing for return, they offered me a full refund and a replacement part, which sounded good. It took over a month and multiple reminders to get the replacement part [of which I was given a tracking number that did not track my product]. I never got a refund which is fine because i just wanted the product. The customer service is responsive but seems to send whatever message to please the customer. [First review] I received the package earlier than expected. It was wrapped in tons of bubble wrap but upon taking the product out of the shipping box I saw the product box was completely beat up. Some sides of the box were even falling apart. I opened it to see the product was not new, not in factory packaging, even missing the manual. I expected a new product and got a used one. Currently trying to contact the seller.

Everything was good and it arrived on time. No issues with the products, or at least not yet. I bought some CDs and I have yet to bother counting them, so I can no guarantee 100% product accuracy, but they seem all there. The only thing is, my stuff came in a box with *other seller* logo's on it. Also, it contained a personal note, as some kind of individual sold it. It was a wholesome note and I don't think it messed with anything; just threw me off is all. Overall: Nice Job! :)
