Today we get to know our Director of Sales, Reggie Valin. A veteran of B2B IT sales, Reggie trains Account Executives to deliver top-notch service to our business customers. He leads by example, mentoring his team to identify ways to add value at every stage of the purchasing cycle. “He empowers us to be successful in what we do,” says Charles Yanez, Sales Manager. “Reggie is always approachable; you can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does.”

Reggie Valin: As Director of Sales I am responsible on making sure the team is ready to provide great service and solutions to our client base.
What attracted you to do this type of work?
Helping Account Executives add value to their customers really motivates me. Clients are our priority and the AE’s learning value behind technology solutions that will solve their customers IT problems is a great challenge I look forward to every day.
What is your superpower?
Understanding the ever changing IT landscape and how that will affect our clients and their decisions around managing their infrastructure.
What is the most rewarding part of your career?
Watching Account Executives and Mangers build relationships while helping their customers solve IT problems. When I see AE’s become a true partner with their clients it is very rewarding.
What are you passionate about?
I am passionate about helping business professionals achieve their desired outcomes. Professional development is a huge part of our culture and we strive to help our clients do the same.
What does value mean to you?
Providing solutions to clients’ problems. Being able to use your allocated resources to discover new and innovative products/solutions to help your clients. If your client is looking for a laptop for a field sales person you should provide the full solution like a bag, docking station, projector, accidental damage warranty as an example.
