RMA Policy

Tech Parts Pro Return Policies
. All returns must include the following or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost:
. Product purchased from Tech Parts Pro
. Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
. All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
. Original UPC/serial number intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
. All return request for refund or replacement can be submitted via Newegg Return Portal with valid return reason selected within thirty (30) calendar days from the invoice date and valid RMA numbers will be provided by Newegg

Additional Return Requirements and Policy:
1. All return or replacement request will be processed within 5 business days after returned item is received by Tech Parts Pro
2. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within Three (3) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, Tech Parts Pro will refund the amount of sale.
3. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses and restocking fee unless otherwise explicitly states on the product. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
5. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation or customer will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result the return to be rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by Tech Parts Pro.
6. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
7. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Tech Parts Pro will refund back to your method of payment.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Labels
Returns are subject to restocking fees and return shipping fees. For products that are eligible for return or replacement, the return shipping labels are free for returns or replacement of the same item within the applicable return policy period and return reasons. Tech Parts Pro does NOT charge restocking fee and return shipping labels within return policy period for returns of damaged or defective products, wrong product was sent to you, or the product did not match what was shown on website. In the event a returned product which is not defective, not the original product that was sent to you, or the product does match what was shown on the Site after our inspection, the product will be returned to you at your cost and the return shipping cost initially covered by Tech Parts Pro will instead be deducted from the refund amount along with any necessary restocking fee that may apply.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

Newegg simply needs to ban this company from doing business with them, it is terrible. Waiting a month for a motherboard is unacceptable. Just look at every bad review, absolute joke. BAN THEM NEWEGG

Tried to get my ordered cancelled the same day I bought but no reply or contact from seller. Now I got charged to ship this back which I didnt need.

Give us our money back or give us our merchandise. I sent this company over $100.00 for a motherboard more than a month ago. They kept the money and I never got my merchandise. This company has an office in America, but is based in another country so there is not much we can do legally to recoup our losses.

4 out of 5 eggs More than 1 week and product still has not been shipped

I ordered this motherboard knowing it would be shipped from Taiwan and there would be a delay. A package label was created almost immediately, but waiting over 1 week and the product still hos not shipped and has not been picked up by the carrier. Such poor shipping methods are unacceptable in 2021. Attempting to cancel the order is proving to be a PITA.

The Item ORIGINALLY Said that it "ships from the United States" then was modified to say that it ships from Taiwan. Had I seen that I would have NEVER bought the item. Then the Seller said that most item were delivered in "5-17 days". It 21 days for the item to be delivered to the United States , but it is now still stuck in Oregon. It arrived there on the 27th of August, Today is Sept 1st. I have a general Rule of Thumb: NEVER BUY ANYTHING IF IT SHIPS FROM CHINA for this very reason. Would I ever buy from this company again? the answer is NO. While friendly and helpful they have only a limited amount of stock they keep in the United States, the rest comes from Taiwan. .

It'll be a month in 3 days from writing this review that I still haven't received my motherboard from ordering. I know that it's coming from Taiwan but the only type of update I've been provided is that there's no way to track it and I just have to wait. After almost a month, I couldn't wait any longer so I just purchased a motherboard from best buy in person since this is the only part of needed to complete the build. I requested a refund for the motherboard since you only have 30 days to request one. Still awaiting what the seller will say/do.

4 out of 5 eggs customs hold up was a nightmare

Nice main board but the customs hold up was a nightmare . Now whether it was delivery issue or seller issue in not sure. But I got it. The board had some issues. The back piece of the pcie slot broke. No issue as graphics card still fit and it works. Also the tab on number 1 dimm slot broke..so getting my memory out will be fun, when I upgrade it . The GUNDAM theme works and is cool. As my son said " it's dope as F" So take this for what it is...

When I ordered from this seller, I did not think much out of the ordinary until about a week after my purchase (on 22 of July) when I had not seen any updates to my package. After said week I began to consider the possibility I got played; considering though the package ships from Taiwan and the state of their pandemic, I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. When I contacted the seller, they were quick to respond and to look into my package status and reassure me it was still in international shipping. At the time of the review, my package came in the same day. Seller provided what they were offering, just need to be patient and look where the package ships from and understand that pandemic situation from country to country.
