Techtronics Online is an independent reseller for enterprise storage. We carry a wide range of new and used server components (hard ware) from quality manufacturers. Most of our inventory listed is actual physical stock, therefore, any transaction processed is well supervised. This ensures your packages get to you on time and inspected. MFG brands from HP, Seagate, IBM, Dell, CISCO, Netapp, HGST, and Toshiba.

RMA Policy

Techtronics Online Return Policies
. All returns must include the following or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost:
. Product purchased from Techtronics Online
. Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
. All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
. Original UPC/serial number intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
. All return request for refund or replacement can be submitted via Newegg Return Portal with valid return reason selected within thirty (30) calendar days from the invoice date and valid RMA numbers will be provided by Newegg

Additional Return Requirements and Policy:
1. All return or replacement request will be processed within 5 business days after returned item is received by Techtronics Online
2. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within Three (3) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, Techtronics Online will refund the amount of sale.
3. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses and restocking fee unless otherwise explicitly states on the product. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
5. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation or customer will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result the return to be rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by Techtronics Online.
6. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
7. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Techtronics Online will refund back to your method of payment.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Labels
Returns are subject to restocking fees and return shipping fees. For products that are eligible for return or replacement, the return shipping labels are free for returns or replacement of the same item within the applicable return policy period and return reasons. Techtronics Online does NOT charge restocking fee and return shipping labels within return policy period for returns of damaged or defective products, wrong product was sent to you, or the product did not match what was shown on website. In the event a returned product which is not defective, not the original product that was sent to you, or the product does match what was shown on the Site after our inspection, the product will be returned to you at your cost and the return shipping cost initially covered by Techtronics Online will instead be deducted from the refund amount along with any necessary restocking fee that may apply.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

The used disk arrived quickly, in excellent condition and very well packaged. It was exactly the model advertised and it has worked satisfactorily since being deployed.

SSDs are decently packaged by the manufacturer. This seller wrapped them in an air padded wrapping similar to that used for shipping spinning hard drives. Then that packaging was placed in a decent sized box with loads of peanut packing. The entire package was sent by 2-Day USPS service, and that shocked me. Still, all of that careful packaging was impressive and appreciated. SMART tests on both drives say they are in perfect shape, ready to to be used. Thank you for the great first impression of your company. Newegg could take a number of lessons from you.

Original product was dead on arrival. Contacted seller and he went about and beyond to make things right. 2 day shipping and immediate replacement of product. I highly recommend these guys. Also thank you once again for the free masks. You guys rock!

I had one dead drive in an order of 3 refurbished HGST drives, but QuickboxIT responded immediately to my RMA request and had a replacement drive to me in less than a week. Great seller to work with.

4 out of 5 eggs Selling old parts as "brand new"

The seller listed hard drives as "brand new" and with a 3 year manufacturer warranty. After I bought and received four of them I attempted to verify the warranty with HGST and they were out of warranty. I contacted Newegg and they confirmed my interpretation of the listing--that these were listed as having a full manufacturer warranty. The seller admitted to me that they do not. I think this is a deceptive bait and switch tactic. Avoid!

Product as specified and ordered, quick delivery and when USPS claimed they had delivered to front door of Business on a Saturday that was closed . I drove to work to look and found nothing and then notified the seller and they responded within an hour that Saturday. We chose to see if USPS delivered on Monday during regular delivery which they did. It was great to know they were that responsive and seemed like they would make good if there was a problem.

I bought a hard drive that I later returned for a refund because I no longer needed it. After a few weeks I received an email stating my refund had been canceled/not processed. I emailed the seller and received a response within 24 hours. Joseph apologized for the system mixup and issued refund same day. He was pleasant and super helpful. I would purchase from this seller in the future.

Make sure to check the smart Power_On_Hours, my supposedly new drives had more than 34000 hours of run time, that is about 4 years 24/7 AND DO NOT USE THIS SELLER
