RMA Policy

Unbeatablesale.com has a money back guaranty on products returned within 30 days. In order to receive proper credit on your return, please contact us for an RA. Once you receive an RA all items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns after 30 days. If the package is refused or returned without our issuing of an RA or without the RA # on it, a restocking fee will be applied. We will be unable to refund your cost of the original shipping if you decide that you do not want the order after it has already been submitted. Please note: We do not issue prepaid return labels. All returns must be in their original carton with all packing material intact. All returns must be sent freight prepaid by the customer and insured. Orders refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above including the return fee, our shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.
If the items is damaged in transit or DOA an exchange will be made or refund issued.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

very disappointed. I ordered an air pump for my PE classes and my card was charged and after waiting 2 weeks, i've finally found out that the item is out of stock, no other info available..

The product has not been delivered to its final destination, it has been at the Newegg Shipping Center since August 19. By e-mail I have communicated through the Newegg website and what they answer me is that they delivered according to the invoice and not according to the purchase order, but they do not give me a solution, they do not tell me where I should go to claim, no phone, no mail, or a responsible person.

Ordered a brand new monitor. Shipped me a used monitor of a significantly cheaper and incorrect SKU. Refused to acknowledge images that were sent to them via email and Newegg Chat. Phone number to support is a dead line (need to use an alternate phone number, (732) 363-0606). Claimed that Newegg listed monitor incorrectly, and that it is out of stock on their side. Their website clearly shows the ordered monitor as in stock. Claims to issue a RMA return label, whereas their email has the RMA URL for shipping redacted, and has a string of random characters their instead. Have filed a chargeback with my credit card company. Extraordinarily scammy behavior employing deceit at every step.

I ordered a white label writer. A black one was delivered 4 days later than delivery date promised. I had to request a return through the agent, from which my order was placed, in order to obtain a return authorization. I can not recommend purchasing from Newegg.
