Standard Return Policy

  • Return for refund within: 30 days
  • Return for replacement within: 30 days
  • Restocking Fee: 15.00%

RMA Policy

You can return your order within 30 days after delivery. Shipping fee is not refundable and buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee. Buyer MUST contact uShopMall for a RAM number before any return. Any return without a RAM won't be processed. If you have any question please contact us before placing your orders.

You may return any electronic product purchased from ushopmall that is "dead on arrival," arrives in damaged condition for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. ushopmall reserves the right to test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned product that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

I ordered this graphics card to upgrade from a 1050 to a 2070 given all the good reviews, it has more than shown improvement on my PC. It was supposed to come within 5-7 days, yet came in one day which is great!

The item appeared to have already been opened. No packing inside the box containing the item. When I contacted customer service, they said it was new. Because we had already used the item (it worked and we needed it immediately), they issued a partial refund.

The item was very reasonably price. It came extremely fast. The item straight out of the box did not work. I spent 4 hours on the phone with Dell only for them to have me ship it back to them. It's been over a week and still mo computer. I understand it was reconditioned, with that in mind, you would think it had been tested before it was shipped.

I’ve never dealt with a third party seller when it comes to purchasing a computer but this was not a pleasurable experience. This may be a one off situation but the computer I received, although refurbished, did not work upon powering on. There wasn’t an OS installed so I couldn’t do anything with it. There was an insert from a different company, most likely where uShopMall got the computer from, that had Support information. I contacted them but they couldn’t help me since they hadn’t directly sold it to me. I contacted uShopMall who were helpful, and they offered to put in a replace/repair request, however, this wasn’t satisfactory to me. I requested a refund through New Egg and returned the computer. I am currently waiting for them to process the return and issue the refund.

Vendor sent laptop that didn't work. When returned and asked to cancel, they did not cancel they processed a replacement, which I am trying to stop right now.

All in One Desktop arrived with a the "blue" screen of death. Operating system has missing software- really? Does somebody at Newegg test these units out to make sure they turn on??
