RMA Policy

Vooyit Return Policies
. All returns must include the following or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost:
. Product purchased from Vooyit
. Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
. All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
. Original UPC/serial number intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
. All return request for refund or replacement can be submitted via Newegg Return Portal with valid return reason selected within thirty (30) calendar days from the invoice date and valid RMA numbers will be provided by Newegg

Additional Return Requirements and Policy:
1. All return or replacement request will be processed within 5 business days after returned item is received by Vooyit
2. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within Three (3) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, Vooyit will refund the amount of sale.
3. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses and restocking fee unless otherwise explicitly states on the product. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
5. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation or customer will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result the return to be rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by Vooyit.
6. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
7. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Vooyit will refund back to your method of payment.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Labels
Returns are subject to restocking fees and return shipping fees. For products that are eligible for return or replacement, the return shipping labels are free for returns or replacement of the same item within the applicable return policy period and return reasons. Vooyit does NOT charge restocking fee and return shipping labels within return policy period for returns of damaged or defective products, wrong product was sent to you, or the product did not match what was shown on website. In the event a returned product which is not defective, not the original product that was sent to you, or the product does match what was shown on the Site after our inspection, the product will be returned to you at your cost and the return shipping cost initially covered by Vooyit will instead be deducted from the refund amount along with any necessary restocking fee that may apply.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

4 out of 5 eggs seller offered return and then never refunded or replaced

little over a month after getting a product it was found to be defective (just randomly failed in the middle of the night) it happens, so I requested a replacement of the same item or a refund to buy from a different seller. the seller said a replacement was fine, just send back the product. that was well over a month ago, I have contacted them several times and they keep saying "its on its way" but have refused to provide tracking or status or anything.

4 out of 5 eggs Great Tool if you have sata drives to manage. Backup

From my work in IT I end up with a collection of random ssd, drives that still fit this item. It allows a drive to mounted in Windows, Linux, Mac, or what ever so you can view files, backup files, and format/wipe the drive to be ready for use again. The Adapter was nice looking with the blue, and worked as expected. No cons ~ thank you Namaste~

Price may have been a bit high. But for a new item on market before it launches in US? It is what it is. Incredibly well packaged. Local post could have (and lets face it, likely did) play Hacky sack with it and it would have survived

Just save yourself the headache and dont buy from 3rd party sellers. Talking to their customer service is like talking to one of those annoying phone scammers that hardly speaks English.

They sent a product ment for the Chinese market and attempted to get me to purchase the appropriate items to make it work. I asked them repeatedly to send me the correct part and they insisted that I just buy it from them. Do not buy from this vendor.

Trying to communicate with the seller to tell them I received a damage product. Seller is refusing to acknowledge the details provided over email. Seller is trying to avoid taking a return.

Vooyit sells their products usually with 2x markup. Despite huge markup, they can still send you Dead-on-Arrival product. If that happen to you, you will be on your own. Vooyit will leave you alone with your problems with their product! If you have other options to buy something - use it!

Do not buy from this company, they are a scam. I bought a board from them that was total junk. Came packaged as if a 6 year old had done it (sorry to insult 6 yr olds) and did not work out of the box. The locking mechanism for the cpu did not function as it was supposed to and my cpu was ruined because of this. It was also obvious from the motherboard protective wrap that this was not the first time it had been opened. I am out the money for the motherboard and the cpu it ruined. They would not take blame for this item, said it was due to shipping or me not knowing what I was doing. I have been building computers for the past 20 years and I do have a bit of knowledge when assembling computers. Overall, a terrible experience and I will not be doing business with Newegg or this seller ever again.

4 out of 5 eggs Newegg and Vooyit appear to work together to trick customers

I made a purchase worth 642.99 and the package was not delivered. I got in touch with the seller and nothing is solved because he informs that the problem is not with him, Newegg is not responsible. I called FEDEX and they informed that the seller must contact the post office to verify what happened. I feel robbed by fraudsters. I suggest you rethink buying on this site because there is no security for delivery of the purchase. It looks like a scam.
