Shipping Terms & Conditions: We do not ship to freight forwarders or resellers. Most oversized items and some items that ship direct from the manufacturer can only be delivered to addresses within the 48 contiguous states. Oversized items include but are not limited to TVs over 37", select subwoofers and floor standing speakers, furniture, and most items over 75 pounds. Additional shipping exclusions may apply to some orders shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please give us a call at 1.866.961-7781 to request an RMA#. In the event that you refuse your package for any reason other than shipping damages, you will be subject to paying the full shipping price of the product both ways.

The quality of our products and your happiness is guaranteed. You may return or exchange items in their original condition and packaging within 60 days.

How do I return a product?
Step 1 - Call or email us
Start your return by calling us at 1.866.961.7781 or emailing onlinesales@wwstereo.com for an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).
Step 2 - Pack Carefully
Please secure all returns and exchanges in the original manufacturer's packaging and box with all accessories and manuals. We recommend double boxing your return by securing the manufacturer's box inside of another box designed for shipping. A safely packaged and complete return is less likely to incur a restocking fee. Be sure to remove or cover any old shipping labels on the shipping box.

Step 3 - Ship the item back to us
Please ship your return to the address provided with your RMA#. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for anything lost or damaged on its way back to us. If you received a shipping label with your RMA#, affix the label to the outside of your shipping box and drop it off at the designated drop-off center.
After your return is received, we'll refund your original payment method (less any return or restocking fees if applicable*). Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 3 days of return.

What if I want to exchange my product?
When calling us, please indicate that you would like your product exchanged instead of receiving a refund. If you choose a product of a lesser value you will receive a partial refund less applicable shipping and return costs. If you exchange your product for one of higher value you will be charged the difference between your refund amount less any applicable shipping and return costs, and the cost of the new item(s).

What if my product is defective?
Eligible products that are deemed to be defective during our 60 day guarantee may be exchanged for a new, working unit. Certain products, like larger TVs, will require the manufacturer to schedule a service call or appointment with you in order to arrange service. We are happy to help you obtain warranty service through the manufacturer after the 60 day return period has expired.

What if my product is damaged?
If your product arrives damaged, please call us right away at 1.866.961.7781. Shipping damage must be reported within 2 business days of delivery to ensure a replacement or refund can be issued. To learn more about our shipping policy, click here.

*Return Fees
Freight & Oversize Return Fees: Items originally shipped via free scheduled delivery/specialty motor freight require special shipping and will incur return fees (starting at $150). Oversize items include but are not limited to TVs over 37", select subwoofers and floorstanding speakers, furniture, and most items over 75 pounds. Restocking Fees: In the event merchandise is not returned in its original condition or packaging, was previously installed, is missing parts, has a missing or different serial number from the one shipped, or is damaged during return shipment due to improper packing, a partial refund may be given or the return may be refused.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

I'm very glad I didn't pay for the expedited shipping! The estimate was at least 7 days or more for delivery, and since I was in no hurry, I chose the cheapest delivery option. I ordered on a Thursday evening, and the item was delivered that Sunday!Item was well packaged and there was no issues whatsoever. Very happy customer.

Is it possible to give you a big fat 0 .....meaning no egg, your service is really bad! I purchased a pair of KLH Beacon speakers and a receiver from Newegg. I was charged for the purchases ... the receiver was delivered on Monday. The speakers were scheduled to be delivered today but did not arrive by 3pm. I checked the tracking which said the speakers were delivered at 11:30 AM. Contacted Newegg who advised that they would contact merchant who would contact the delivery company, I should hear back in 7-14 days .... Mean while I am standing in the middle of a completely set-up stereo minus speakers ... My money was not refunded and if want to reorder I need to pay for a new pair or just wait 7-14 just to find out the status .... I contacted world Wide Stereo and spoke with Jen who said I needed to speak to the claims department that would open at 9:AM tomorrow. No, I couldn’t have the number to call them I must wait for them to email me... that they would contact Newegg by email and get back to me in 7-14 days. I explained that I wanted a refund and/or a set of speakers sent out right away. I was told no, I needed to wait to hear in 7-14 days. I explained that if I had to wait for 7-14 days I wanted a discount. I was told no discount, the problem is COVID ... it’s messing up shipping for everyone and I would have to wait just like everyone else, “The speakers were probably delivered to a neighbor or package was miss scanned this happens all the time (?) and people end up getting their items in a copula of days, just wait. I’ve requested a refund even though I was told it’s not possible until after 7 to 10 days. I will purchase the speakers from a different merchant. I want my money back for the items that I did not receive and I will not do business with Newegg or World Wide Stereo again. I will follow- and let you know how it works out .... I don’t recommend theses guys!

Delivery was quick. The item arrived via FedEx to my home about a few days earlier than I expected. The packaging, which was simply the OEM's boxed merchandise, had no damage, was marked well, and the shipping documents were easy to get to. I am not sure where I read it but I think the documents recommend keeping the original box in-case one has to send it to the manufacturer for repair. Excellent advice as many manufacturers will void a warranty if it's not packed adequately of shipped in the item's original packaging. Thank you WWS. **** A comment about Newegg. This is the first time I have used their site and ordered from a seller other than Newegg. It was a good experience and I would recommend ordering items via WWS without hesitation. **** A note to Newegg... delivered in "Was the Item Deliverd on Time" is spelled incorrectly . :)

Awesome TV - love our 48" LG OLED!! What an improvement over Samsung!! World Wide Stereo and Newegg are just as awesome - TV arrived earlier than expected and without damage. My husband struggled a bit with assembling and installing the TV stand but TV set-up itself was a breezed! Great picture - didn't need to mess with the factory settings at all. Sound is decent but we installed our Polk Bagni-Mini Sound Bar (with Woofer) via HDMI/ARC output and the sound is great - nice bass and great word clarity. Highly recommend purchasing this TV from Newegg/Word Wide Stereo - you will not regret it!

Seller manipulates Newegg shipping estimates by sending free "promotional items" and using those tracking numbers in the Newegg order. So you get your beer coozie right away, but the actual item you ordered takes weeks to receive. They pretend this is perfectly normal.

When I placed the order, the estimated delivery date was about 5 days later, which was fine by me since I hadn't upgraded the delivery speed. Imagine my surprise when I received a text from FedEx that delivery was scheduled for some time the following day. I had to reschedule my day as I had events planned but it was worth it.
