Alphacool Eiszapfen L-Connector Rotatable G1/4 OT to G1/4 IT - Chrome - Four Pack (17616)

The Alphacool Eiszapfen L-Connector Rotatable G1/4 OT to G1/4 IT - Chrome - Four Pack is a set of four 90° angle adapter fittings for water cooling. Each has a rotatable G1/4 external screw thread (OT) on one side and a G1/4 internal thread (IT) on the other side.

Alphacool finds this connector mostly useful in cases where there is little space available and a special solution is needed. The data sheet adds that the outer threaded side can be rotated for maximum flexibility.

The Eiszapfen series

Alphacool calls its Eiszapfen connector series the high-end execution of these tried-and-true fittings. It lists highflow, form, processing and color as everything you want in a compression fitting, and says all of it is here. In its words, a refusal to compromise in development and production has made the series into what it is. The fittings are available in brilliant chrome or a deep, matte black, and Alphacool says either will fit excellently into any system.

Coating and logo

The outer coating is firmly bound to the surface by what Alphacool describes as a special procedure that binds the two. Alphacool says this is improving the longevity of the intense color and preventing any chipping or peeling of the coating. Every connector now has the Alphacool logo, which along with their distinctive shape makes them unmistakable, the maker adds.

What a run needs

The external thread screws into a G1/4 port. The internal thread takes a G1/4 fitting for your tube from our fittings, which is not in the box.

Notes

• Alphacool asks for clear transparent water cooling fluids only: the particles and additives in Pastel liquids can clog and permanently damage water cooling products.
