Milled from solid aluminum, this backplate can be mounted in addition to a Kryographics NEXT 2080 water cooler and thus in particular, significantly improve the heat distribution in the area of the voltage regulator. The backplate is black anodized. For optimum heat dissipation, the backplate is connected directly to the water circuit via a heat pipe. For this purpose, the connection terminal of the graphics card cooler is removed and then the graphics card cooler connected directly to the heatpipe connection terminal of the backplate.
