    • This may be due to the projector being in a very bright environment or a setting issue. Please use the home theater projector in a darker environment, it will give thebest effect. Or reset the projector

    • Make sure the network is good and the Bluetooth connected device is close enough.

    • (1)The router is too far away or the WiFi is connected through the wall, so theWiFi signal is not good.

      (2)Reset the projector and then reconnect to the WiFi.

    • This may be caused by the power cord not being securely plugged in, resulting in the projector not receiving power and being unable to turn on. Please ensure that the power cord is securely plugged in.
