A : It should work as normal but all I can say is it works for my DS Lite, so take my answer with a grain of salt.

A : Hard fix if u messed up the files not having a backup, check their website to see if they have the files

A : mine came with 240 games pre loaded

A : You can do it manually, just insert the micro sd in your pc and copy paste the files, thats all
