External Measuring
Measuring outer diameter or length of objects with the long jaws.
It can be measured quickly and accurately by stuck the object between two parallel sides of big Jaws and holding it in place by set screw.
Internal Measuring
Measuring the inner diameter of objects with the top jaws,such as for a bearing or the inside width of a shaft.
Those kinds of measurements are quickly gotten and read by using the internal measuring jaws.
Step Measuring
Measuring the height and length with its step design.
Step measurements are accomplished with ease,from one surface to the next, by using the bottom back edge of the external measuring jaw and the top back edge of the internal measuring jaw.
Depth Measuring
Measuring the depth of hard-to-reach small objects with the long probe.Even the depth of objects which is difficult to reach.
NOTE
You will find some scratches on the screen of the caliper when you receive it, please be assured that it was not the used item. A thin plastic film is attached to the surface of the screen to prevent damage, that's why it looked scratched. Once the film removed, all was perfect!
BATTERY REPLACEMENT
Replace the battery from the battery case,powered by an LA44 button cell, battery case is on the right.
Flashing display indicates low battery,to replace battery ,remove battery cover by sliding.
Cover in the direction indicated and replace battery with positive side facing out.
Cover the battery after replacing it.
