We recommend replacing each towel every 3–6 months, depending on how often you use it.

It can feel different for everyone, but we’d describe the exfoliation as medium to deep. They’re not recommended for sensitive skin. The texture will also soften a bit with use.
Are they machine washable?
Yes, they’re machine washable. Use a cold or gentle cycle and air dry for best results. Avoid the dryer to prevent heat damage.
