Looking for a twin-legged carbon fiber tripod for video work? Meet HUGH! Hugh is 3 Legged Thing's first carbon fiber twin-legged tripod. Made from premium Japanese 3K weave carbon fiber, Hugh boasts a powerful twist locking mechanism that creates excellent rigidity. It can support camera gear weighing up to 30 kg / 66 lb, whilst weighing just 1.8 kg / 3.97 lb.

The 3-section legs and variable leg angles enable a huge range of working heights, and this is supported by a mid-level support brace for additional stability. Thanks to its removable rubber feet with integrated stainless steel spikes, Hugh can be used both in a studio setting, or outdoors on location.

Hugh has a standard 75mm bowl mount at the top, and is available as tripod only, or in a kit with the AirHed Motion fluid video head.

The AirHed Motion, is a 75mm bowl mount fluid head. It boasts whisper-smooth pan and tilt movement, graduated drag control, and a fixed-position lock for rock-solid framing. The panning arm is also detachable for easier transportation. The Motion has a load capability of up to 5kg / 11lb.
