This SUHU Battery Charger Automotive has a function to test the battery voltage/electricity (It can confirm if the charger cannot be charged, it is a battery problem or a charger problem).
Please do as following:
1. Clamp the positive and negative poles of the battery with the clip, do not plug power and the battery's voltage and electricity can be detected.
2. If the charger shows OFF, and the voltage is higher than 12.5v and the battery is fully charged, which means there is no problem with the battery;
if the charger shows OFF, and the voltage is lower than 12.5v, the battery is aging, which is a battery problem.
Easy to Use
Be sure all accessories are off, connect the ground cable(-)/(+), jump the smart battery charger, it will do the rest.
Compatible with Most Batteries
Works with all types 12V and 24V lead-Acid batteries including AGM, GEL, SLA, Flooded (WET), or any common automotive, deep-cycle, marine, or maintenance-free battery. But not for lithium battery.

? (1) Before charging, observe whether the battery is damaged and whether there is any abnormal phenomenon such as liquid overflow around the battery. If there is any abnormal phenomenon, please charge carefully;
? (2) Do not charge in a gas melting environment;
? (3) Avoid high temperature and high humidity surroundings when charging;
? (4) When charging, the surface of the battery must not be covered with objects, and the battery needs to be placed upright and not slanted when charging;
? (5) When the sulfide material at both ends of the battery's positive and negative electrodes is too high, the sulfide material should be removed first, so that the battery can be better charged;
? (6) When the voltage of the battery being charged is very low, please repair it before charging it;
? (7) Lithium battery is prohibited to be charged; Over 12V/24V battery is prohibited to be charged by this charger;
? (8) This is a battery charger, Not an emergency Jump Starter.
