Since the filter contains carbon powder to remove the odor, the machine should be operated for 7/24 hours in the initial usage, and the smell will disappear automatically.
Please take out the plastic bag of HEPA filter inside the purifier before running it, or you will hear a humming sound.
The filter should be replaced every 6 months to ensure best results(it's depending on your usage frequency).
Cleaning with a soft brush or palm cleaner will greatly extend its service life, which is both economical and affordable.
