Korg MA-2 Digital Metronome, Black Red #MA2RD

Explore the enhanced features of the MA-2 Digital Metronome, a must-have accessory for orchestral instrument enthusiasts. Building on the success of the compact, card-type MA-1, the MA-2 takes rhythm training to a new level, offering a comprehensive range of metronome functions.

This advanced digital metronome boasts a wide tempo range, an array of beats and rhythm patterns, and user-friendly features such as an enlarged display and a powerful, clear sound. It also introduces a handy "timer mode" for structured practice sessions.

The MA-2 is available in two vibrant color schemes: a sleek black and red or a cool blue and black. The display is 30% larger than its predecessor, significantly enhancing visibility. A digital needle swings from left to right, providing a visual beat indicator to complement the audible beat. A triangular icon indicates the beat position and the timing of measure changes.

The MA-2 is equipped with a newly designed electronic buzzer that delivers a sound that stands out, even against high-volume instruments or high frequencies. This ensures that your rhythm training is never compromised.

The MA-2 offers three methods for setting the tempo: pendulum step, full step, and tap tempo. This flexibility allows you to tailor your tempo to your musical practice. You can also combine a time signature of between 0-9 beats with eight types of rhythm, catering to a wide variety of musical practices.

The MA-2 doesn't just offer basic metronome functionality. It also includes a "timer mode" and a "sound out mode" for daily practice. The timer mode sets off an alarm and stops the metronome when your specified time elapses, perfect for warm-ups or basic practice sessions. The sound out mode emits a reference tone from the built-in speaker for tuning assistance.

The MA-2's all-new body design includes a folding stand for easy visibility and a sliding battery cover integrated with the main unit, eliminating the risk of misplacing it during battery replacement. With up to 400 hours of continuous use on alkaline batteries and a battery indicator on the display, you can focus on your performance without worrying about battery life.

In summary, the MA-2 Digital Metronome is a comprehensive rhythm training tool, offering enhanced visibility, clear sound, and flexible tempo settings, making it an indispensable unit for any musician.
